World & Website] -=+ Let's Make The Ocean Of Wynn Better! +=- [25 Supporters]

NO I do not mean; "let's add 30 quadrillion more islands!!!", I have a simple idea that will make the ocean more lore filled, AND I am not writing any lore.
anyways!!!!

And I do have to credit @captainganon for pointing out something on one of my posts about a day ago. He inspired me!

Let's get started!
My idea is to name diffrent parts of the ocean; so players don't need to... well... I donno... But still naming parts of the ocean would add more ways to write the lore. Here's an example:

Why do I want this? Because sometimes islands are not named, and well everyone does not really know what to call it. Like the tiny island east of the Nodjug Nation (The pointy one). I just call it the Candycane-marker (yea... weird name...) and when I say that to like some other noob... the guy is gonna be like... WHAT? So if we name parts of the wynnic ocean we will be able to communicate better.

Please tell me what you pros & cons :)

Pirate island? I'm guessing you make a pirate accent and say arr and stuff

:) The only major mistake in that hand is the "Decaying Ocean", but it's bigger then most of the other "seas" so it don't really matter ;)

So your idea is to create names for different locations in the ocean and put them on the map?
Okay, I'm down with that, but you just can't call everything "[insert bad name] Seas."
You need variety.
Imma compile a list of names that go with ocean regions.

To be honest most areas of the ocean don't really need naming, due to mainly only being islands. Look at "Maro Seas;" that's literally just Maro Peaks, nothing else. Decaying ocean is just the pirate ship and Dead Island.

Naming a few areas, like what is already done with the Ice Islands, could be interesting. However, the examples here aren't the best, and naming every section isn't a great idea.

No, which is definitely a point in your favour. I just meant that not everything needs to be named, either.
