Weathered Mana Steal replacement

Major ID suggests to use Weathered fully on mana regen, yet it has a mana steal instead which just doesnt fit the design?

Spellshade is already mana hungry as hell playstyle and Weathered is worse at dmg than other options (Nirvana: free mana printer MID, Oblivion: morbious mana steal on sslow weapon) for ws and fake ehp. Also recent patch nuking most air items doesnt help at all.

In short im suggesting to switch the Mana Steal into Mana Regen. It just makes sense considering Roving Assassin MID and would make sustaining weathered without 7/8 crafted mayhaps doable.
