World We Can't Finish Some Quests [maybe Bug]

So what. Lots of quests requires to take items that fall to the ground (Purple and Blue - Ultimate Weapon) and those item are not falling , and that makes impossible to finish any quest of those.
Please fix that or just tell how to make it work.
Of course i changed server, lobby, Class, everything

Last I checked, this bug was fixed. At the very least these things worked for me yesterday.

Today is not working, really, and i mean.. Every item for every quest, i checked other location also
