EDIT: just realized nethers reach kills your earth dmg, maybe find a replacement for that, perhaps silkweb mail

For the air thunder water build for mage I assuming you're focusing on air? I use a good voidlight build on my mage but as you know voidlight is two thirds thunder and one third air. I see #4 but my skillpoints are spread out 60/60/60 or so in dex int and agi and my noncrit meteors do 5-8k I think

 

I can make one or two of these for you when I get home.

 

Bow - Gale's Force. 2 Thunder Powders and a Water Powder. Alternatively, use 2 Water Powders for the damage bonus versus bosses or other players. (or just use Maelstrom but idk)
Helmet - Bottled Sky or Cumulonimbus. Bottled Sky gives you more HP while Cumulonimbus gives much better offensive options. The choice is up to you.
Chestplate - Boreal-Patterned Aegis. This one seems like a clear fit for the build, gives a lot of good stuff in general
Leggings - Gemini or Dark Channeler. Just like the helmet, but here Gemini is the defensive choice while Dark Channeler is the more offensive choice. Another offensive choice could be Dark Shroud.
Boots - Steamjet Walkers or Capricorn. There aren't many great options for boots, but Steamjet fits really well and Capricorn is sort of an option I guess.
Ring #1: Finesse. Nothing special, just gives some nice stats in the right places. Lake and White are also pretty decent.
Ring#2: Same as above.
Bracelet: Knucklebones has the potential to be really awesome here, but if you don't want to take that risk Fog, Tidal, and Ariodo's Dial are all fine candidates.
Necklace: Calming Torc, Bottled Thunderstorm (hive item,) and Windy Torc are all just fine. But nothing really stands out.
All in all this is a pretty hard to acquire build, but it has the potential to do quite a bit of damage. The major downsides that I can see are that you will be very squishy, which is where Gemini would help a lot.

Dagger - Arkadicus' Maw (Duh) Use some earth powders on it.
Helmet - Conrupt. Goes really well with the Maw in just about every way.
Chestplate - Heura. There is a distinct lack of endgame chestplates with an earth/thunder theme. But this earth chestplate looks like it will do the trick.
Leggings - Mycelium Plating or Turquoise. Mycelium Plating fits better with the general idea of the build I think but with Turquoise you can counteract the -Health Regen from Conrupt.
Boots - Corruption Seal. Goes well with the rest of the build, idk.
Ring #1: Yin could work well, but since you want int it may not be the best. Stonehall, Rockworm, and Giant's Ring all also work.
Ring #2: Same as above.
Bracelet: Ensa's Failure and Krolton's Cruelty are pretty much equally good for this build for different reasons. I'd check them both out if I were you.
Necklace: Charm of the Vampire looks pretty good idk.

 

If you want to cover health regen, maybe Undefined for the boots so the leggings could be Mycelium Plating?
