READ FIRST: the item is NOT something that i expect to be taken as the suggestion, instead it is something to represent what the concept (the real suggestion) is so you may better understand it in how it works, will be used, and more.

    example build
in this example build, i'm attempting to show 3 things.
    1. the optimal type of build, earth-water-fire. this will provide the necessary health to get the full effect of healing.
    2. the purpose of the -dex. the -dex is there to encourage use of the earth-water-fire build, as it will hurt the damage by a fair amount if dex is used vs strength or something else.
    3. overall performance in a build. nothing to explain here.

to be completely honest, i'm not expecting very good feedback on this due to how extreme the gimmick is.
the gimmick of this item is that you have very high negative hpr, but high mana regen as well as water damage to counter it by healing. you may say that this health regen makes it too similar to warp, but when it really comes down to the playstyle, there is a huge difference between the way the 2 weapons would be used.
this item is a heavy damage/support weapon.

    give feedback ok thanks

The -Dex seems a bit out of place

(edit) I guess I say that only because I haven't really seen it done before so maybe that's a good thing

simply a way to lower damage without decreasing water damage or spell damage, while at the same time limiting it to certain types of builds.

It really isn't. It's there to discourage a more offensive (dextrous) build. This encourages building other skills such as fire or earth both of which provide the necessary bulk for your heals to be extremely effective.

It's basically a weird Lunar Spire. U have the super slow attack speed, then vast negative melee (spell in Spire's case) the random insane drawbacks (mr in spire, hr in this)... seems pretty unviable since you have to be constantly healing. Although I do see people much smarter and skilled at the game being able to make builds out of it and use it well. One question though: does -hpr act the same as hpr? Will it only tick if ur not taking dmg, like regular hpr, or does it act like mr, where it ticks over the course of ___ seconds?

I like the item, but it seems kinda unnecessary because Nepta exists

It's always nice to have variety, plus this could out damage Nepta, but have this drawback, making it much more interesting.

nothing like lunar spine in terms of playstyle and concept. the negative melee was to discourage tier stacking because of its low tier and high base damage (although idk why people would tier stack this, i did it anyway). the drawback each have their own purpose, which should have been explained and/or obvious.
i've got no idea, although from what i've heard it will still tick. i may be wrong
it's just a concept, but that is a true statement. a concept like this could be used at any different mage level at any different degree, which is why i made it.
the reason i made it into an item was to show off the concept in how it would work statwise and in other aspects as well such as how it would be used in builds.

It just seems redundant to have two legendary water wands around the same level range.

But I do like this wand a lot more than Nepta, with this having a certain playstyle, and Nepta being a plain water wand

looks pretty useless, is the point to purposely lose hp, not deal any damage and use all of your mana on healing instead of actually killing anything at all
p.s. item suggestions might as well be in vip plaza because suggesting an item to be in game is a joke (as in the item wont be added, so theres no point and the place for pointless things is vip plaza)
