Wars Removing Attack Effect?

    It seems like if I have an attack effect active when I join a war, they're automatically disabled, so for someone that wars frequently like me, it's really annoying to have to re-activate it. Also the fact it doesn't work in wars is annoying as well. Why is it like this, and is there a way to fix it?
