I played 1.20 for the first time yesterday and immetiately noticed the charge spell change while traveling - it seemed so much more efficient! Big like

I can't imagine that it would be entirely the same if it was anything more than just lag causing it to happen more frequently, there'd most likely be some noticeable difference, it goes exactly the same height in most cases, it's just doing the bigger jump more often.

If any ct can confirm there was an actual change that'd be nice to at least be aware of though.

Turns out, you were wrong.
It is, in fact, a buff.

Frankly, my guess is it was a bi-product of rally.
