I could probs set it with Amulet of Rejuvenation to counter the % regen but the mana is also going to be bad

The % doesn't do shit and the amulet gives you +60 raw.

I'm not exactly sure how the whole health regen thing works, but wouldn't the -350% health regen take away from the -4000 health regen, turning it into a null or positive health regen?

No, it doesn't have anything to do with the rate at you regen. Hp regen% affect base regen, which in high hp is 1 but it increases in low hp. Eg u might regen 100 naturally when in low hp without any buff, that's the base regen. Amulet of Reju increase base by 2000%, meaning when in low hp, you regen 2000 points, but in high hp where base regen is just 1, it regen 20 points.

Raw hp regen acts on after base regen. Meaning if you get a amulet of reju to regen 2k hp, the raw hp regen on Warp is still higher so you won't regen anything.

I haven't imported skill point percentages above around 160.. so putting numbers above 160 wouldn't work on the old versions. I just have updated the online version though.
So here's the real numbers (I'm assuming the percentage will work above 80%). You know, 200-270 Very Fast is a crazy amount of damage for Mage, and it might go much higher than this because some spell % and more air % are expected.
