    I don't believe you'd offer that much, if you eben have that much. Which I highly doubt.

    So I guess if you have a build mainly focused on speed, agility, and maybe reflection you can probably ignore the 1 HP since you'll have like 80% dodge chance and a ton of speed, you just have to be careful to keep your distance from enemies and melee attack them (It has surprisingly high DPS for a Very Fast Attack Speed weapon + you have a high amount of exploding).
