2.0 added a lot of cool new things thanks to Script 2's implementation, and one of them was definitely the 2 new areas that got ambient NPCs; the Centerworld fortress and Jofash Docks. When I saw the new jofash docks, my first thought was "this would be SO cool if it was everywhere"

These NPCs are incredibly cool, they have idle animations, walk around and have lots of dialogue options, as well as custom skins. When combined with an idea from the new quest Hollow Serenity, they could even provide secret discovery hints.

Adding NPCs like these everywhere would do a great deal to help with worldbuilding and memorability, as i now associate Jofash Docks with the insane, bird-loving resident and the bread fanatic. New lore could also be provided by doing things like this, for example some npcs could talk about the local accomplishments of Aledar and Tasim since we're meant to believe that they are on our level and yet are given no evidence of this.

This is an incredibly big task so it would probably have to be added gradually, but it would make the world feel so much more alive and give reasons to go to places like Bremminglar that have little to no relevance. There could even be NPCs who sell special items like the Jofash bartender who sells special potions.

I've definitely always wanted something like this for Wynncraft and think it'd be awesome, but I'd want the NPC's to be doing something different and random each time. Otherwise you just have 'that guy who's always carrying barrels on the docks' or 'that lady with the screaming kid by the fountain' XD you get what I mean. It'd just get old after a while unless it's somehow possible do do a gazillion different animations for them.
But YES I do think we definitely need different skins for each citizen in a city- That would be great.

Yes. This adds great ambience to several cities. And if they have their own items that still have a use far past the city's level, then there is an incentive to go back to each city.

I also suggested giving each merchant its own unique dialogue so it's not just 'Thank you for your business, come again!' everytime you buy something, and I hope that these will give life and character to several places.

    tl;dr - yes
