Archer/Hunter Help Walkspeed Gear/accessories L79-89

I am a Lev79 Archer and …

looking for walk speed gear and accessories that I can wear NOW at L79 without being too heavily vested in points as I still need to be able to wear crystal, and use Maelstrom, and Clairvoyance. I have Spiritshock and Return To Ether for later.

Any suggestions for flexibility to have mana regen walk speed and extra spell damage, would be welcome. If you have ideas for a particular weapon that would help in this direction, please share them how it would work. No budget, but I'm avoiding mythics or hard to get items (altars or dungeon drops) for obvious reasons. I have RtE and Gales Forces for down the road. Lastly, how far up the levels would the build you recommend carry me through?

Right now I think you should be using something like Spectre-Millennium-Crystal-Sodeta Boots. Later you will replace Millennium with Booster Plate (lvl 84) and Sodeta Boots with Steamjet Walkers (lvl 86)
The best set of accessories for now are Royal Cyclone Amulet with Suppressions+Lazarus' Brace. The first real walk speed accessories are Raging Wind and Contrail, coming at lvls 87 and 94, but you might still want to have some form of health and mana regen. I'd recommend using at least one Suppression/Concentration over 2 Raging Winds.
You might not be able to use Spiritshock because of the high dexterity requirement, but it is not much better than Maelstrom, if better at all.

Btw, if you want to buy my 21% walk speed Booster Plate or my 22% walk speed Steamjet Walkers, let me know.

This build was what I used on my assassin from ~lvl80-90 using Chakram+Rewind+Archangel as my weapons, I hope it works for you too! :)
