Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Considering the heat, not long." Artemis says, a pair of wooden hands catching her as she slips on the ice.

A girl with long, firey red hair and slightly tanned skin in a black bikini patterned with flames lies in a lounge chair up ahead in a completely melted area. She pulls down her sunglasses slightly to get a better look at the pair approaching before putting them back over her eyes.

"Sup." Abigail says casually.

 

"I'm guessing that's Abigail."

 

"Yes?" Abigail asks, turning her head and pulling down her sunglasses to reveal a pair of flaming orange eyes.

"Cecil wanted to meet you." Artemis says, gesturing to Cecil.

 

Is everyone still on the melted path?

 

OOC: It's fairly melted, yes.

 

"Can we talk after we get off of this path?"

 

"I'd rather stay here, thanks." Abigail says, stretching and relaxing in her chair.

"What's the problem?" Artemis asks, clearly fine with the path.

 

"Well, I don't have magic like you. And, I don't want to join the spider."

 

Abigail suddenly jumps up.

"Spider!? Where!?" Abigail asks, panicked, a fireball in her hand.

A few vines wrap around Cecil's legs, rooting her to the ground, but releasing Cecil from it when she wants to walk.

 

"It jumped in the lava!"

 

Kailee lets out a faint growl, clearly unable to back it up.

"Cecil... I c-can't move..." Kailee whimpers.

"Thought you were...
gonna stab me." Ren utters, nervous.
"You are god.
God of destruction.
Kill a lot."

 

Is she speaking telepathically or actual talking?

 

Kailee can only speak telepathically, and only to you.

 

"Where it bloody belongs." Abigail says, tossing the fireball up and hitting it with another fireball, causing an explosion. A large wave of heat falls over Cecil and Artemis.

Katie dives under, but keeping her head above the water to watch.

 

"I'm going back on mainland." Cecil goes back to the rest of the group.

"I'm coming Kailee!"

 

Kailee doesn't get up; she shifts around and whines a bit, but seems completely winded.

"She won't go away..." She groans.

 

"Part of your tail is cut off. That's why you can't move as well."

 

"I can't even walk, everything feels so heavy..."

 

Cecil turns to Ihra, if she's nearby. "Do you think we can build a tail for Kailee?"

 

Ihra's back on Rineth, knowing her.
