Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The generator gains an increase in energy, outputting a lot more of it without seeming to become damaged at all.

"It can withstand a lot of power before burning out." The Shadow comments casually.

 

Kailee knocks over a tree, panicked.
"Now it won't." She says, smothering the fire.

"That's a third of what was in the old chip. I want to see its limits."
Iruk uses the gel to create a short circuit.

 

"I guess we eat?" Cecil is going to eat the burnt deer.

 

"You didn't give me enough time. Give me a few minutes..."

 

The generator operates fine, boosting the energy sent through it.

 

Cecil stands back.

 

"Heh, great. I won't need thirty of those." Iruk says, satisfied.

A jet of flames later, Kailee rips off a piece of meat for you.
"You eat first."

 

"Thank you?" Cecil eats the deer.

"I'm guessing you need a lot more since you're a dragon?"

 

"Yep. That's barely a snack."

 

"In that case, a bear? Or an elephant?"

 

"Elephant? Maybe."

 

"If I pass out, you're carrying me back." Cecil is going to summon an elephant.

 

"I'm carrying you anyways." Kailee says, making a bloody mess of the summon as you get lightheaded.

 

"Good job. I'm going to sit down now."

 

Kailee ignores you, scorching the remains.

 

Is this going to cause another forest fire?

 

There's a tree burning but nowhere for it to spread.

 

Cecil is going to wait until Kailee is done.

 

I summon a vial of corrosive acid and let it drip onto the sealed parts.

 

"Of course not. I was planning on creating four for you. Two to keep you running at maximum power and two as a failsafe." The Shadow says proudly, smiling.
