Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Who would I sell them to, and what would money be worth to me?"

 

"Anyone you find. It would at least give you a use!" Eve says happily

 

"Fair enough." Iruk says.
"...what should I carve?"

 

"Little figurines of people?" Eve asks.

 

"Maybe mythical figures?"

 

"Yeah!" Eve says happily.

 

Iruk walks off into the nearby forest.

 

Eve trails, glancing back at the group.

 

Ihra's talking with a human and another draconian Eve doesn't recognize, but Rineth doesn't seem to think of them as a threat.

Iruk pauses once landing near a tree.

 

Eve checks herself over, to make sure she didn't leave anything or was affected by anything whilst inside Rineth.

 

Nothing out of the norm.

Iruk pokes the tree with a blade, awkwardly uneasy.

 

Eve watches, smiling.

 

Iruk fells the tree, catching it and carrying it off before it knocks anything else over before looking through the branches.

 

Eve keeps watch of Iruk, while looking to see if any birds fly from the tree.

 

No birds fly off, but Iruk sets aside a nest with two eggs in it as he drags the tree off a bit further, cutting the branches from the main trunk.

 

Eve dashes over to the nest, gently picking it up, before climbing a tree and gently placing the nest inside.

 

Iruk doesn't notice, now cutting the trunk into slightly smaller logs before sitting down and thinking.

 

Eve hangs from the tree, watching.

 

Iruk starts carving, a rough carving of a tall figure in front of a forest scene apparent before he turns around.

"E-eve? I... were... um...
How long have you been watching me?"

 

"Oh, um, I was just putting that nest back!" Eve says, embarrassed, dropping from the tree and rolling.
