Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

I possess Ihra, before un-possessing her and taking the tranquilliser and antidote with me.

 

She slowly wakes up, yawning.
You, however, feel like you drank every drop of alcohol in the Realm of Shadows.

 

"Ughn, fuckin' ell." I say, slurred.

 

Ihra half-opens her eyes.
"R-rineth, help... robot thing is..." She utters, wearily trying to get up.

 

"Oheryirra, how are yooo doinnngg?" I ask drunkenly.

 

"Huh? A-aj? What happened to you? Who was that robot?" She asks, sitting up.

 

"Ah's juss eeev. Shes a cool robit. HEY! Ihra. Did I evfur tell yooo, how much yo mean to mee? I've done some bad things to you but i don't meen them, im so sorry i was meen to yew those times." I say, sitting next to Ihra and putting an arm around her, pulling her close.

 

Ihra shoves a vine in your mouth, then throws it off to the side as the intoxicating chemical is trapped in the vine.
"Okay, let's try this again. Thank you, but who was that robot? I wanna have Ruby melt her for trying to kill me."

 

I raise a finger, before swiftly turning away and throwing up.

 

Ihra squeezes her eyes shut.
"Take three?" She utters, disgusted.

 

"That was Eve. I sent her to defend you." I say, wiping my mouth.

 

"Then she's garbage." Ihra groans, still a bit too dizzy to stand.
"I wanted to go see Rineth."

 

"She is not garbage." I say, serious.

 

"Task; defend me. Outcome; come closer to killing me than you have. Plus Sgavrinn was scared of her."

 

"You're calling a war machine that has had decades of careful work, coding, and construction garbage over one event? You're not dead, and if anything had tried to bring you harm, she would've dealt with it easily." I say, serious and annoyed before turning to walk away.

 

"Sorry, it's just... I thought she was trying to capture me, chasing me and forcing me to stay in one place and all."

 

"Two animals kept in cages are easier to keep safe than two animals allowed to run free a good distance from each other." I say, crossing my arms.

 

Ihra seems shocked, then angry.
"If I'm just something to cage up for you, then take your friends and leave me the hell alone. If you can't even respect me as someone who can live life outside a cage, then you give me no reason to respect you either!" She snaps, before realizing it and looking sad.
"Wait, I... I didn't mean it that way, I-I'm sorry..."

 

I just walk over to Ihra and give her a hug.

 

She hugs you back, tearing up.
"How does mother always speak her mind without it hurting..." She utters.
