Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

After pondering for a moment, I fly back under the dragon and create a larger wound big enough for me to fit through, before cutting my way into the dragon and attacking it from the inside; stabbing outwards occasionally to the point Shadow Katana is visible.

Helianthus checks to see how close he is to the front.

 

Seems that waiting this long stuck you at the front of the line. Don't you just love it when creatures in front of you waste time by complaining in front of you? Shame it's hard to insult piles of ashes.

"How long's it been since your last ration?" One of the alchemists shouts, more focused on his chemicals than you.

 

"Since, uh, never." Helianthus says, "Also, I'd like to request as many bags of the stuff as possible, and if you don't mind, can you tell me how you actually make the rations? I would love to learn how to make these myself."

 

"First time, eh? You ought to be joking about that last part!"
Half the alchemists laugh.

 

"I'm not. I have a stronghold in the middle of a wasteland in my world, and it's really tough finding food supplies. The best we can do is dried monster meat. I heard that these things last a week, and these could make all the difference if a siege happens or famine happens. " Helianthus says, dead serious.

 

"Practically... This stuff keeps for years, can't go bad. However, if you're any kind of leader, you'll lose a lot of followers. It tastes like burnt monster guts, and that's when you're not throwing it up."

 

It seems to have learnt from last time, and it creates a protective and mostly transparent sheet of ice over its other eye using its lightning.

OOC: Just realised... how did Enqo get the slime through with him? Unless the slime can pass through elevator doors, he accidentally left it behind.

You notice that part of the dragon further up is quite hot, seemingly where the other wound was.
You cut through some several veins, before you tear through an organ. Acid spurts out of it. It seems quite cold. Maybe it's the stomach?

 

Now realizing Aj is inside the dragon, Rina and Keila keep putting up walls or pelting the dragon with hail and a lance to stall it, hoping Aj can finish it off from the inside.

 

Now he realized that this rep is closed :P

 

Closed to new apps. It takes a ton of effort to try and get anyone up to speed on this.

 

"Aha!" I say, diving into the supposed stomach and spinning around rapidly, holding Shadow Katana outwards hoping to deal as much damage as possible.

 

The dragon suddenly screams loudly. You can see a mixture of acid and blood spilling out of the new wound Aj created.

You hear a deafening scream coming from all around you as acid pours over the dragon's own flesh outside the stomach. One of your slashes opens up another organ seemingly connected to the stomach. A strange, cold substance pours out of this. The dragon screams even louder as it touches its flesh.

 

I grab hold of the organ and start spinning it around, hoping to get the substance all over the dragons insides.

 

"That's the point, I'm not. I passed my leadership, and now I'm just some crazed person bent on revenge and volunteering to serve the Misstress. Nothing wrong with at the very least helping my previous subjects a bit."

OOC: Slime squeezed through crack in door.

 

Keila assumes Aj has this under control and starts sinking the earthen walls back into the ground, and Rina flies off towards the Wild Islands.

"Well, we're surprised to hear this, but your logic is sound. We'll prepare a backpack full of measured rations for your old followers... Just warn them it tastes like nothing they'll ever want to eat again."

 

"Thank you." Helianthus says.

 

"We'll need a couple days to do it, though. For now, I'd get out of line before bitterness becomes anger." The alchemist says offhandedly, gesturing to the impatient servants behind you, most looking frustrated and glaring at you.

 

"Alright then." Helianthus says, getting out of the line and exploring the palace again.

 

After a couple hours of walking, you find a room filled with winding tubes, control panels, and draconians held in what appears to be stasis.
