Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Hehe."
Crystal says joyfully.
"Never done that before. Did it really turn out well?"

 

"It turned out brilliantly!" Katie says happily.

 

Crystal smiles.
"Thanks! I couldn't actually see what was happening, just the excitement on your face."

 

Katie smiles at Crystal.

 

Crystal smiles back, before straightening out and becoming human-shaped again. He then examines his legs and arms, and turns his fingers into tentacles and makes more tentacles protrude from his kneecaps.

 

Katie puts her legs together and changes them into a fish tail; a pair of ice hands grabbing on to her own to keep herself balanced.

 

Crystal gets a great idea, and turns himself into a seal.
"Arf."
Crystal says, imitating a seal.

 

Katie laughs, clapping at the impression.

 

Crystal rolls over on his side, and rubs his belly with his fins.

I smile in the background. Whether or not Katie notices, I'm not sure.

 

Katie laughs, reaching over and petting Crystal.

 

Crystal makes indents wherever Katie pets, making so it's almost like petting a seal, except that the seal is made of rock.
"Hehe."
Seal-Crystal smiles.

 

Katie smiles back, "You're so silly, Crystal!" She says happily.

 

"No, seals are-f!"
Crystal says, jokingly combining 'are' and 'arf'.

 

Katie laughs; her tail swishing up and down as she does so.

 

"Can you touch your tail to your head?"
Crystal asks curiously.

 

"Nice to meet yall! Now, can anyone tell me if they have seen a girl named Ihra? I seriously hope I didn't risk life and limb for nothing..."

 

Katie lifts up her tail and bends over, trying her best to touch her tail with her head. After a struggle, she manages to just touch it.

"Nnngh- THERE!" Katie says, before flopping out.

 

The book is on domesticated cats.
"A bit dreary out there, eh?" Kyle whispers, not looking up from his book.

"Point taken." Ihra grumbles, laying down.

"I can forgive this time. I just hope it doesn't happen again." Keila says sweetly, petting the Wind Dragons.

"Alright, thanks. Let me know if you find any more."

 

"Hehe."
Crystal joyfully giggles.
"I can, but it's kind of cheating."
Crystal puts his tail over his head and into his mouth.

Crystal says, a bit dejected.

 

"That's fine. I think I just figured out what you meant, though. Sorry to downplay your efforts."
