"Ah, I see. Thank you." Helianthus says, before continuing on his way, making sure to keep on the path.

 

The creature returns to the masses, which still seem to follow you somewhat as you go.

Your ankles start to get sore due to how rough the path is.

 

Helianthus decides to sit down on the path for a while and try to make some small talk with the creatures.

"So, how did you guys get here?" He asks.

 

"Most of us are rejects."
"Which is why we love tearing beings like you apart!"
There's a roar of agreement.

"We got exiled from the queen's palace." A few murmur.

 

"Well, if you don't mind me asking, why are you rejects, and why were you exiled?"

 

An Emeraldonian craft lands at the house that was formerly known to be owned by the Drevur's. A man steps out from the craft, wearing a cloak and brandishing a sword. He walks up towards the door of the house and knocks, "Hello? Anyone home?"

OOC: HOLY CRAP ON A CRACKER ITS BEEN A WHILE! If ya have know idea who or what I am I laid some of the groundwork for this fine RP you are looking at right now, I've been gone a while. And have know idea what has gone on in Emeraldonia and beyond, but I'm letting ya know, Matthew Drevur is back and badder than ever. Here is why he left In Cannon: "After cracking under pressure and loosing several battles, Rogue decided that he was not needed, and left to train on an island close to Emeraldonia. Eventually he thought he was ready, and came back to society.

OOC: Anyways hello old and new, for today marks a new day!

Things have changed a lot, though you're still free to be a part of it. I just have to write you a way back in.

 

OOC: Hope ya handled the Emeraldonian storyline well BTW. And my sister and Josh are done wit Wynn so... We ain't seeing them soon. And I got a last name change because I use Drevur for just about every RP I do so... And its now kinda official for me. But eh, hope y'all had to just change your pants!

 

OOC: Glad I didn't.

The Emeraldonian storyline kind of went off the rails, we've been running around elsewhere.

Oh, and Brisingr is practically gone.

Ihra sneaks up on and taps Crystal's shoulder.
"Some of us are heading out. You want to join us?"

"Some of us are twisted failures."
"I was banished here for causing the extinction of dozens of races."
"Others have just failed to fulfill their intended role, like us."
"We were just labelled as monstrosities."
"Everyone hunted us, so we had to flee here."
"My family made Chimeras look normal."

 

OOC: I don't know I'm bored and want to finish my introduction.

A woman answers the door holding a loaded crossbow, "Who are you! What are you doing on my property!" She says. The man backs up for a moment and puts his hands in the air, he speaks, "Don't you recognize me? Mother." The man then takes off his hood, revealing himself to his mother, "MATTHEW ANTHONY NICHOLAS REDMAS YOU ARE TO GET YOUR BUT INTO THE LIVING ROOM! NOW!" She screams. Matthew runs into the living room. His mother then slams the door and starts to lecture Matthew about how much trouble he is in, "Do you know how long you have been gone? YOU LEFT US! IN THE NIGHT! Without a word! Your sister is STILL searching for you in Gargantuan and the Darklands! You are DEAD MEAT you hear?" His mother stops for a second to catch her breath, then, Matthew responds, "First off, I don't know, I was scarred, and I don't care. Mother, I am 18 now, I can handle myself." She starts to fume, "That is exactly what you said two years ago Matthew. And you know what? I don't trust you anymore. I had to fix the house and the farm by myself, Katherine and Josh disappeared, and so did you. Now go, before you do anything else." Matthew walks out of the house, and starts down the trail toward the old stables, there is a empty spot where Dusty used to be, and the old Emeraldonian HoverRail is all that is left at the stables. "I am an adult now, I keep saying that to myself, but is it true. I have a wife now. But can I care for her?" Matthew sits down on the ground. The night sky glistens with the light of a thousand stars. "Am I doing the right thing coming back." Matthew hops on the HoverRail and heads out to find his friends. "Am I..." The HoverRail barely starts up, and Matthew starts to head into the Mainland.

Crystal looks at Ihra before saying,
"Yeah, sure! Where are we headed?"
And then lazily not wanting to actually stand up, Crystal just shape-shifts into a standing Crystal.

 

OOC: Quick question, where is everyone in the RP, and better yet, how do I get there XD

 

OOC: We'll move back towards Emeraldonia and tag you then.

"I'm not sure, but we've had a nice break. We ought to get moving."

 

"Okay!"
Crystal swims up to the surface of the water, and jumps out.

 

"My caretaker's waiting on the coast. He can fly us wherever!"

 

"Well, whenever the others are ready, I'm ready!"

 

"I see. And what do you all do here?"
