She finds Terrae walking up and down the beach like a child.

 

"Terrae? Have you not seen sand in a while?"

 

"Negative." I say, still walking up and down the beach, "It is simply that I have not seen such good weather in years."

 

"I don't mean to offend you, but perhaps you ruined the conditions for good weather to appear in your kingdom?"
Ragnyon's physical body stumbles through the portal, falling over shortly after getting through.
"Ugh... Could you please help me up?"

 

I take another sip of coffee. "Traveling? Where do they go?"

 

"I dunno. Many work out of town. Some gather construction materials and such."

 

"It's not the best beach, and it used to be covered with a big port. But I guess it's okay."

OOC: Arnold's still talking in Dacori, right? I forgot to specify a while ago, but idk if he still is. I'm guessing yes though.

Ragnyon sees Daras watching Terrae.

Daras helps up Ragnyon's physical body.

 

"I'm ready, and I'm sure Artemis is." Stephanie says.

After a while, Katie swims back to Aria.

"Thanks so much for taking me here! It's amazing!" Katie says, incredibly happy.

 

"Alright. See you on the other side, then."
I say, stepping through the portal.

I emerge through the portal, and sidestep Ragnyon's body and Daras, landing on the sand.
"Hm. Looks nice."
I say, looking around.

 

"Yes. They all died before you."

"Thank you... I'm sorry. These wounds won't heal."
She rolls up one of her robe sleeves. Extremely deep chain impressions are visible around her wrist, and upon closer inspection, her neck as well.

"No problem! It's nice to meet someone who isn't afraid of little Kai here."

 

"Hee hee, who could ever be afraid of such a cute little thing?" Katie asks, swimming up to Kai and petting her gently.

 

"A lot of people, especially those who watch Kai snack on boats."

"Hello, Thirteen."

 

"Hello. Now we wait for Stephanie, to continue. She said that she and Artemis were coming."

 

"Aww, but she was just a little hungry! Weren't you girl? You were just hungry!" Katie says sweetly, petting Kai.

 

"Alright, sounds like a plan."

Kai nods slightly.
"Usually a whale will do her for a bit, but she sinks and eats boats that get too close to the storm barrier."

 

Katie laughs, "If it's alright with you, do you think I could go to this storm place?" She asks.

 

"Um..."
She pauses.
"We'll see. I'll ask mother. Come on to Kai."

 

Katie changes her fish tail back to legs, getting back onto Kai.

 

Kai darts off to increasingly rough currents.
"Here, wear this. It'll give you enough resistances to the barrier to pass."

 

Katie takes what she's given and looks at it.
