"I mean, as long as you don't dama- er hurt him, I might not incinerate you." I turn to Yhrey. "If it's anything other than a tranquilizer, it must be slow acting."

Walking through the gateway, just as the draconian said, you're back where you were. You're not exactly standing, but everything is as it was.

"I would never hurt him! Even if I did, I wouldn't mean to!" Ihra freaks.
"You're fine, Ihra. You didn't do this, I'm assuming it was Nyre. However, I have a feeling Reflet's not going to settle with us leaving him lying here."
I turn to you.
"Unfortunately, we're not very familiar with our namesakes. How would you wake a dragon?"

 

I pick it up onto the table, and try to give it some milk.

 

Your attempt leaves its face and part of your table covered in milk.

It seems more interested in your books.

 

OOC: Back where I was before I got caged? (Twice) If so...

I take off in the direction Ihra had headed before I was interrupted.

 

"Even though I have whole armies of creatures which are a bit similar to dragons, I'm not sure. Possibly if it smelt something it wanted to eat?"

 

OOC: Yes.

In the distance, you can see the group near the golden dragon, who's laying on the ground at this point.

I shrug.
"We've got nothing on that count."
Ihra steps back.
"Seriously, I know you don't like all this fire, but give it a rest. You're safe."

 

As fast as I can, I run up to the group, gesturing to the dragon.

"What'd I miss?"
I say to no one in particular, but I look at Ihra.

 

I say to 13, "This dragon is Yhrey. He lives further to the south-east (OOC: I'm assuming that we are still in No Mans Land) in Brisingr. But it seems that Nyre drove him away and has also used a tranquiliser on him, which is why he's asleep."
I then say to Reflet, "Is there anything which a dragon might wake up to? A certain plant, or something it could detect even if it were asleep?"

OOC: Is the healer still with us or did I just leave him behind somewhere in No Mans Land?

 

She meets your gaze, and as seemingly usual, a ridiculous thought runs through her mind.
"Staring contest?" She's ignoring the question.

OOC: We've been in Brisingr. The healer's with us.

"If it has anything to do with plants, leaf it to Ihra." I smirk at my own pun.

"Don't even try, you!" Ihra smacks me with her staff again.

 

OCC: We're at the west side of the Ry'ex mountains.

"There's a gemstone called drelsh. For one reason or another, dragons are attracted to it. If we can find some, Yhrey might wake up."

 

"If it's underground, I ought to be a help. Where can you usually find it?" My claws move together, like I was going to dig something up.

 

I smile.
"Having a staring contest with me is like trying to catch something on fire using ice-cold water."
I look away from Ihra.
"So the bolt's already been taken out, I presume."

 

"It's mostly found inside or under mountains."

I teleport closer to Yhrey and pull out the bolt, incinerating it. "Yep."

 

"Great, if there weren't so many volcanoes here... had to block off several tunnels already. What does it look like, and might Yhrey have any in his lair or stache, assuming he has one?" I glance at you, then back to the sleeping dragon.

 

"It's kind of an orangish color, like fire. As for Yhrey's lair... It's in the highest peak of the western Devil's Horns. It's really hard to miss. He probably has tons of drelsh. Though, the horns are a ways away."

 

"Well, that's probably the first step to helping him. Eliminating the source of the problem.

The new question is: What next?"

 

"Sounds like he's one of the, if not the dominant dragon." I look at the wound.
"Well, guess I should start digging." I look at the ground and inhale.

"Hope that this rock gemstone thing wakes him up. I also hope it's as easy to find as lava..."

 

"Do you want me to tag along with you?"

 

"Following me through unstable tunnels isn't the worst idea you've had, but it certainly isn't a good one." I smirk.
