Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Yeah. I did. I'm not going to lie to her, especially about this."

 

"I remember nothing of the sorts. One minute I was watching my other body go through the portal and next I'm in here."

 

"You could have put it a little lighter. Just bluntly saying you don't love her like that is just horrible." Abigail says.

"I guess robots really can't feel emotions." Artemis says, glaring at you.

"Magic, then. You're a wizard, Rob." Abigail says.

 

"Well...maybe I'm a wizard...but am I...a witty wizard? Either way, I wanna cast a spell!"

 

"Well, depends on the robot. I can feel emotions, but I guess they didn't really have a need for me to love."

"Trust me, I didn't like saying it anymore than you didn't like hearing it. I don't like people getting hurt."

 

"You can shoot fireballs; try changing their colour." Abigail says.

"You've really, really hurt her. A broken heart takes more than magic to heal." Abigail says.

 

"And I would've hurt her more if I had let her believe I loved her. Because eventually she'd find out."
Pause.
"I think I've overstayed my welcome a bit much. I'll be off, now."
I say, getting out of the pool and heading towards the white flower.

 

"What? Well, I'm not even supposed to be in here. I'll wait outside." I then proceed to fly out of the pool.
OOC: is the pool underground or nah

 

OOC: The flowers sink into the ground to protect your stuff, but...

The white flower grows from the ground, blooming. Your belongings remain inside; untouched.

Myria puts a hand on your shoulder, "Hey, it's not entirely your fault. Stephanie will need to learn that not everyone can share the same feelings she has toward them, though try to be considerate when she comes back. She might not want to see you immediately." Myria says in a kind tone.

OOC: The hot spring is out in the open. You kind of made a fool of yourself with that statement.

 

"That's why I'm going for a bit."
I say, taking my boots and putting them on, and sheathing my weapons while I'm talking.
"I'll be back, don't worry. I know a lot about the way humans work, Myria. I should know how to handle this without destroying anything too big."
I finish taking my stuff.
"Well, see you later, I guess."
I start walking off.

 

"Alright. Don't get lost." Myria says, returning to the hot spring.

I appear next to the spring, getting back in.

"Stephanie wanted some time to herself. Her heart's completely shattered, I'd say," I say, looking around "Where's Thirteen?"

"He decided to leave for a bit. I think he feels bad about what he did." Myria explains.

"Oh, alright." I say, relaxing in the spring.

"I feel so sorry for her." Katie says sadly, poking her head out of the water.

 

I land. "I'll be keeping an eye on him." I say before taking off.

You notice a certain black dragon flying above you.

 

I pretend to not notice. For a few minutes. Then,
"Do you want something?"
I ask, just enough for you to hear.

 

Katie sighs, "The hot spring doesn't feel as nice anymore." She says sadly.

"Agreed." I say sadly.

 

"Wha? How'd you find me?! Well, that's the question I'm going to ask you. Everyone has a reason for going to a certain location by themselves. All I want to know is where you'll be going and what you'll be doing."

 

"I'll be sitting and all be thinking. Right here's a fine place, actually."
I sit down.
"Also, how could I not notice you? You're a huge dragon."

 

She puts her belongings in the red flower.
Noticing everything going on (because, I mean, who wouldn't notice all the stuff with Thirteen?), she says, "Umm... did I pick a bad time to come?"

 

The red flower closes and sinks into the ground.

"No, it's fine." Katie says, smiling.

"The hot spring can be enjoyed regardless of what's happened." Abigail says.

 

She walks into the hot spring and relaxes inside it.

 

"Let's forget everything and relax." Artemis says, sinking deeper into the spring.

"Yeah...no relationship stuff...just relaxation." Abigail says, sinking deeper too. She moves her hand up a bit, and the spring gets a little hotter.

Katie sinks below the surface, lying on the bottom of the spring again.

"So nice..." I say, relaxing.

"Agreed." Myria says, relaxing as well.
