I continue flying towards the group, with Daras a few miles ahead already, along with the wyvern and Anna.

"I wonder who they were talking about... probably one of those sisters from Aurilon, or the Goddess."
Arnold reads the memoir.

OOC: Yes, Arnold does know about them.

 

"You don't seem very angry. What things can you do to fight? I wasn't made to fight..."

It's easy for Reed to catch up like this.

It's a record from a general; a report of a lost battle.
It's the original, and it's somewhat crumpled. That couldn't have ended well...

 

"Alright..." Abigail says, though slightly distrustful; trying to relax in the water.

"Thanks." I say.

"Thank you, Thirteen!" Stephanie says happily, smiling at you.

"Thanks broski." Abigail says, biting into her apple.

Katie catches the apple and drags it under the water, giving a thumbs up on her other hand.

"Screaming?" I ask, "Is someone or something coming?"

"Has Artemis jinxed us again?" Abigail asks.

Artemis glares at Abigail, and a coconut hits her on the head.

"OW! It was just a joke!" Abigail says, rubbing her head. The coconut floats lethargically to the centre of the spring.

"Sure thing! The changing rooms are over there if you want to get changed to avoid getting your clothing wet." Katie says happily, poking her head out of the water and pointing to a few wooden changing rooms.

 

"Sounds li-"
A transparent dragon glides overhead.
"We're back!" Reed calls out.

The sunset makes a nice backdrop for relaxing.

 

"Hey! Reed! Come join us!" I shout up to the dragon.

"This is just lovely..." Artemis says, relaxing and watching the sunset.

A soft glow comes from the centre of the spring. It almost looks like you can see the magma heating the spring.

 

I try to go back to sleep.

 

"HEY!" HH shouts in his anger, before releasing a barrage of fireballs into the sky in anger.
"That's a little extreme, my other body..."

 

Abigail raises a hand, and the fireballs explode into a myriad of pretty colours.

"Preeeety..." I say, entranced.

 

"A bit big for that!"

You succeed.

"There is no place for them."
Are you dreaming?

"Your other body is an idiot." Ruby mumbles.

 

"What?" I shout up to Reed.

I suddenly realise something, "Are you the massive dragon!?" I ask.

 

I explore my dream.

 

"Certainly."

"I guess now's a good time to have a photographic memory, huh?"
I say to the group, grinning wildly.

 

"Yeah. It's night."
His wings look like slightly woven blades, he's as big if not bigger than Rineth, and his claws are as big as his face.

You're back at the village. You're in a basement of sorts.

 

"Are you not able to come down?"
I shout up at Reed.

 

His tail slides around the spring. His foot can be seen opposite the changing rooms; it's bigger than they are.
"I am down..."

 

"Oh. So how does the whole 'turning into a dragon' thing work? Can you change back anytime soon?"

 

"Every time the moon rises, I melt. And it hurts like hell. Then, depending on the moon phase, I change into a different sized dragon. It wears off at dawn, and I have no control of it. However, I can tell you that me being this big means it's a full moon."

 

"Huh. I guess that can get pretty annoying. Not like I have any experience with having your own body melted, but I might know the feeling."

 

"Yeah, but you get used to it eventually. Well... Guess I'm on watch."
