Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"Lune?" I ask, confused.


Artemis wraps Sgavrinn in vines, before hugging him; crying.

"I-It's fine...you're g-going to be f-fine." Artemis says through tears; disbelieving in her own words.

The vines start trying to heal Sgavrinn.

 

Uhm... Keep... Trying?

"Oooh healing magic. You with the clergy? Hilarious. I'm sorry little cleric, but you'll have to move to get to the enemy."

The barbarian footmen have assembled into a circle the larger clearing, forming a wall of shields. The second layer of the circle aims their pikes over the first wave's head, ready to strike.

 

"Lune is one of the primal elements. He's a bit one-of-a-kind like me."
"This sun is killing me..." He mutters.
"So you're usually active at night?"
"Correct. You're sharp, young one."

The healing works well, but Sgavrinn tries to hug you with his wings, grimacing.
"I'm sorry... I'm sorry..."

...You end up dulling the blade.

Then you get an idea.
Maybe they didn't work the blade as a whole, maybe they only worked the edge?

"You'll need a cleric after this, wannabe."
Vei slams her blade into the ground and with the other, swipes an energy wave through half of the circle- cutting through more than just the front line.
"Make your move."

 

"You like night and darkness? You are immediately way cooler with me." I say happily. I summon an aura of darkness around Reed, hoping to help.


Artemis seems to cheer up a bit from the effectiveness of the healing, and doubles its potency.

"I don't want you to die, Sgavrinn." Artemis says tearfully.

 

"I knew he was older than me!"
I comment.

OOC: Does Katie still have my rag? I don't remember her ever giving it back to me.

 

He seems less weary.
"Lune, so-called descendants of the moon."
"I thought they were extinct."
"What?"

"I don't want to either, but I'm tired... so tired..."

 

OOC: Uhh...yes. But Katie's currently inside a giant icy version of herself; her consciousness controlling that version instead of her normal self. You'll need to either wait or get Katie to switch conscious control.

"Sounds kind of like the opposite of light creatures; who aparently orginated from stars." I comment.


Artemis hugs Sgavrinn tighter, increasing the healing even more, "Don't fall asleep, Sgavrinn," Artemis says through her tears, depressed, "I-I fear you might not wake up again."

Artemis checks Sgavrinn's life; not expecting it to be especially strong.

Ability(ies): I can vanish into the shadows, and reappear wherever, I also have the best parkour skills.
Blade, Bow, or Tome? (Choose up to two): I have 2 blades, And a bow, I occasionally switch between them, (I hope this is allowed)
Position in community: I am the best assassin in the world, I do not do contracts, I "go after" whoever I am willing to kill.
Additional Details and Lore: He never knew his parents, because he was adopted, he then found out he was adopted, because he realized he looked nothing like his "parents" (his adoption parents), so then he went to go search for his parents. While on the search for his parents, he encountered, "someone", he ran after them, tackled them, and stole his weapons, knowing that he was one of the biggest criminals in the world, he then proceeded to "assassinate" him, and that, is how he became a assassin, he secretly trained himself, in the art of shadows, and now, he is continuing the search for his parents, and assassinating, whoever gets in his way... and he is still on the search for his parents.
Although his "appearance" is unknown, his height is well know, he is 5'11. And he wears a hood wherever he goes.
Relative location of settlement: "Unknown" (For lore Reasons).

OOC: not much... I just stumbled across this thread, saw that it had over 300 pages, became amazed, and thought it would be fun to join in :D

I strongly you read a bit before you try and jump in. If not this, most of the report thread. If you don't know what's going on, it's not going to work out well. At all.

I'm glad you're interested, but it's clear you're largely unfamiliar with the storyline.

"The Hive? Is that what he did? He named it after himself? That egotistical sonuva... wait. Dragon? I can't turn into a dragon. That'd be crazy."

Well I guess I'm not going to do this because I'm not going to read 389 pages XD.

 

You can always read the report thread to get the general idea, which is much shorter.

 

Read a bit, not all of it.

Report thread is a lot more concise (kind of) and has a bunch of information, so that shouldn't take stupid amounts of time.

I strongly DON'T recommend reading all of this.
