"Well, usually when you're close to completing the video game, you need to fight what's known as a 'Final Boss'; and incredibly tough enemy that usually takes a lot of skill to take down. Any good video game player knows that, once you kill the boss the first time, it's not really dead. They just come back in a super powerful state," I explain, "So, if I really got 'killed by a seven year old', I can assure you I wouldn't simply kick the bucket. It takes a lot more to take down someone like me, and as my size grows; so does my resistance."

"I choose to stay in a more human sized form so I don't end up accidentally crushing towns, as well as it makes it easier to be social." I add.

 

"Ooh yes, that's interesting" the flower echoes, slightly condescendingly.

 

"And my likeliness to invade your mind increases another notch." I say.

 

"Well, let's just say you may not want to know what's in my mind. I've seen some stuff."

 

"I'm pretty sure it's tame compared to some of the things I've seen in the long life that is my existence." I say, "Maybe I'll give you the courtesy of mixing them with your memories if I decide to prowl your mind?"

"By the way, Vir, were you there when Riihs killed off Lefalya?"

"Good. I'm glad." I say.

"Nyeuuugh, I think I deserve the remote to watch Old People Television!" Abigail says, flying next to me, sounding like an elderly woman, "No! I deserve the remote to watch Old People Television!"

"That's you two with your idiotic bickering. You're at the same level as old people arguing over the TV." Abigail says, annoyed.

 

"Is Abigail ok, or is she on the potion again?"

 

Abigail torches the flower.

"Not in the mood." Abigail says through grit teeth.

 

"Ok then." echoes a newly sprouted flower.

 

"Sometimes I wish I could just summon a giant meteor and blow everything up..." Abigail says.

"You could, but you'd need to work with Nathan to make it happen." I say.

"Eeeeeh, I don't like him. Couldn't you just...like, empower me and let me summon a giant fireball?" Abigail asks.

"I'm not fuelling your attempts at creating a napalm nuke." I say flatly.

"Come oooooooooon!" Abigail says.

"I don't think you're in much of a position to ask for much after what you did." I say.

"Was this to do with the potion? I can't remember anything I did..." Abigail says, confused.

 

"Ahem, well, to be blunt, you just tried to steal Aj from Artemis. Ya know, ya even kissed him."

 

"What..." Abigail says in disbelief.

"Can confirm that happened." I say.

"You did kiss him. Try that again and I won't be so merciful." Artemis says, glaring at Abigail.

Abigail goes red with embarrassment, "Oh...well...I uh...sorry..." Abigail says nervously, sweating.

"Hey...is it hot out here or what...haha..." Abigail says.

"I guess I could say I'm sorry if you have suppressed feelings for me? But, I'm with Artemis." I say.

"What!? No, no no no. It was the potion...making everything better and...I guess I fell in love with you?" Abigail says nervously, "*ahem* Sorry about...trying to steal your boyfriend...Artemis..."

"Apology accepted." Artemis says happily.

 

"Did I mention that you said Aj's face was 'very soft'?"

 

Abigail puts her head in her hands, embarrassed.

"I can confirm Aj has soft skin." Artemis says, grinning.

"This is just getting lewder and weirder by the moment." I comment.

"God dammit god dammit god dammit..." Abigail repeats, sweating profusely.

 

"I have much more things to tell you...including the fact that apparently you decided to eat a communication flower instead of burning it."

 

"What? Do they...have any poisonous effects?" Abigail asks nervously.

"You got reduced to the mental state of a child, and Artemis had to help you drink some Nature Elixir because you couldn't drink it yourself." I say.

"It was kind of cute babying you." Artemis says happily.

"LEWDER AND WEIRDER BY THE MOMENT." I reiterate.

"Well I'll be your weird baby daughter anytime." Abigail says half sarcastically; almost like she might actually go along with it.

"UUUUUUUUGHHH!" I groan, frustrated.

 

"Pffft nah. They're just average garden flowers with communication abilities that I can detonate at will. Oh, also, you forgot that you could burn vines until Thirteen reminded you."

 

"I held you out of the way with vines; and then thirteen reminded you that you could burn them, and then you pounced on Aj." Artemis says.

"I have so many regrets..." Abigail mutters.

"Hey, at least it wasn't a love potion. Things could've gone much worse." I say.

I suddenly realise I just added to the lewdness and weirdness, and facepalm.

 

"Mhm yes, did I mention that you hit on Aj one too many times?"
