"I'm sure Praecantatia would love to meet her." Gaia comments.

 

“Perhaps I could have Emerald arrange that as well. I’d need to ask how her reconstruction efforts are going, her palace was damaged heavily. Apparently it’s not nearly as bad as it could’ve been.”

 

"What damaged it?" Gaia asks.

 

“Hive master, of course. None of its reactors blew, so it should be okay, but it’s still costly to repair 2/5 of a space-station-cross-palce-cross-tech-lab.”

 

"Is he still a major problem?" Gaia asks.

 

Bardock follows, admiring the view.

 

A few bees buzz around you for a bit before vanishing back within the flowers.

“He isn’t dead, so yes.”

 

"For an underground base, this place looks rather lively."

 

"I hope he doesn't expand his influence. A lot of us are worried about what he'd do if he got to our universe." Gaia says.

 

Sgavrinn nods, keeping a steady pace.

“There’s one slightly convenient thing - your magic is different enough that he can’t. The only reason we can communicate with you at all is that Emerald reverse engineered just about everything she’s encountered. That’s why your reality’s a safe haven and... well, prone to getting flooded with things. Apparently like an undead hydra, if you’re still thinking of showing Fenira mercy.”

 

"Our realities are quite different. Perhaps it would be best to shorten Praecantatia's visits here however." Gaia says, thinking.

 

He wanders around a bit, looking for a bench or something to sit on.

 

“Indeed... I still don’t know why you’d have pity on Fenira, though. She’s earned her reputation.”

 

"Everyone is capable of redemption." Gaia says.

 

There’s a few benches ahead, but Sgavrinn just keeps going.

"Curses can be broken." Gaia comments.

 

“Stonegazer binding can only be done by the caster. It’s why gorgons have such bad reputations.”

 

Gaia doesn't respond, thinking.

 

“...Okay, below.”
There seems to be a comet-like ice creature lazily drifting by.

 

"Don't wander off to far, Sgavrinn. I'm taking a rest for now."
He sits down on one the benches and looks around.
