Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

“Fenira’s still alive? She was banished super super long ago for turning one of Gaia’s bodies to stone. You didn’t meet her gaze, though, fortunately.” Xlentia says, serious. “Why’d you give her the most?”

 

"But does he get pricked though? Cause he is sinking through the path, but he's still here."

 

“If he gets pricked. I guess he’ll be okay if he keeps moving?”

 

"Wow, you're really good at that." Alex compliments.

"She complimented me, and I was curious to learn about her." Gaia says.

 

“...If you want to risk the burden, you’re free to take her in as your own.”

 

"What burden would I be facing?" Gaia asks.

 

“She started a cult against our Gaia, but has long since been exiled from it and anywhere else. She’d have to be undead at this point.”

 

“Oh, thanks! I like to do this when I’m bored, and it’s not too hard, because it’s more about feeling it.”

 

"I'll have to ask the other gods at a meeting, though I'm not sure if I want a cult being formed against me." Gaia says.

"Have you ever tried sculpting?" Alex asks.

 

“You didn’t forsake her parents and only come after three of her four heads bled out. You’d probably be fine.”

 

Gaia contemplates for a bit.

 

“She associated the name Gaia with being forsaken. You could always talk to her afterwards, or see if you can find her.”

 

"Perhaps I shall." Gaia says.

 

“I’ll leave that choice to you.” Xlentia says, slipping out of the Labyrinth.

 

Gaia follows, changing back to her air guardian form, feathered wings breaking through the false wooden ones, leaving their pieces to fall.

 

A portal opens ahead of them, Xlentia diving through as a vaccuum winds up pulling Gaia in behind her even faster.

 

Gaia changes to her earth guardian form so she doesn't need as much air, keeping an eye on Xlentia.

 

"It does look like that's the case. Although, I don't think he quite enjoys being pricked."

 

Xlentia glances at Gaia before making a sharp right turn.

Sgavrinn whines in response.
“Do you want to turn around and leave him outside?”

 

Gaia telekinetically throws herself right, turning herself to face that way.
