Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"I'll stay in this form then, so you can get some rest."
He walks back inside the cave and tries to find a comfy spot next to Anne.

 

"No, well... I don't even know how they work. Most of them are strange but nice, and they never really get angry. It's sort of funny when they talk about all the times they died as if they were birthdays."

That's just about everywhere, your fur acting as a bit of a cushion against the rocky cave floor.

 

“Is that, ehm, normal?”
I ask, standing in the doorway.

 

"Good night" He softly murmurs to all the sleeping people before he himself falls asleep.

 

"N-no... not at all." She says, coughing a bit more.

Anne touches her nose to yours as you drift off.


Lo and behold, it would appear you're spending another night in dream land with Sgavrinn.

 

"Well, this is our library. It's were we've collected many books, both fiction and non-fiction. Despite it's comparatively smaller size against the Void Palace's, many people still prefer it for the comfort of the realm." Eve says happily.

 

"I mean, I'd take a smaller setting any day, but I'm fairly biased." Pozel nods. "I don't think anything really compares to the Void Library, except for maybe Stella."

 

"Ah. That's way better then last dream, that one was weird and confusing."

 

I let her cough, watching.

 

"Whom?" Eve asks.

 

He tilts his head, making a confused noise as he sniffs at you.
Seems you're in beast form.

Nothing else comes out, other than a bit of what seems like phlegm.

"Stella. It... or she, I guess, is sort of like a supermassive network of computers and such. I think she's currently running on two hundred and seventy artificial moons worth of databanks?" Pozel says, looking a bit lost in thought as he goes on. "From arkships to private messages, she's responsible for just about every bit of stored information."

 

I approach her, continuing to let her cough.

 

Her coughing starts to get worse, more and more phlegm-like substance being coughed out as she starts to lose her balance.

 

I hold her, keeping her upright, and bring her out of the room.

 

Taking her out of the room helps calm her down, but she goes a bit limp a few moments later.

 

I continue holding her, keeping her upright, waiting for her to stir.

 

She winds up going unconscious, but this also stops her from coughing up phlegm.

 

I gently put her down, propped against the wall, then I go investigate the phlegm inside of the room.

 

It's runnier than phlegm and investigation shows it seems to have some clear blood in it, but it's all old.

 

I investigate the cloth as well.
