What do we have to draw with, and you're right we can just have a dragon break a stalagmite or two... or is it a stalactite? Oh, whatever, you're the smart one.

"True, true." Pozel says, smiling a bit.
Pause.
"What else do you do around here, if you don't mind me asking?"

 

"Well, sometimes I get called out on missions or to help with certain things. They're usually meant to be kept secret though." Eve explains.

 

"Are they all things like kill x or protect y?"

 

"Most of the time." Eve nods.

 

"Do you ever get bored of them?"

 

"Not really, they're usually all in new places." Eve says happily.

 

"Oh, that's neat. How many worlds have you been to, in that case? Or is that classified?"

 

"That's classified, sorry." Eve says.

 

Pozel nods.
"No worries. What's private is private." He shrugs. "Are you allowed to tell me your favorite place to go to?"

 

"I like it here!" Eve says, chuckling a bit.

 

"It seems the wildlife definitely varies widely. Have you considered getting a zoo set up?"

 

"No, it seems a little cruel to cage up animals just for them to be looked at." Eve says.

 

Pozel shrugs.
"I mean, that thing you showed me seemed pretty murderous. I guess security'd be an issue as well."

 

"Hello. We have hands or claws we can draw with. Are you that dumb?"

 

Oh, right... apparently I am.

Eve nods.

"Dangerous animals should be dealt with if they're a problem, not caged up and forced to suffer until they inevitably cause an even greater problem." Eve says.

 

"Oh my god. You really are."

 

But that also means you really are.

"Is making them suffer necessary? Why can't they be well taken care of?"

She follows intently, still extremely quietly.

 

"Well.. uh.. It's just that those are your thoughts? I mean, I knew we have claws to draw."
