Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Shadow Stephanie slides down the wall, before jumping off it and landing.

"A water guardian, weirdly enough." Vexa says.

 

I smile at the stunt, then continue walking.

 

Shadow Stephanie follows, catching up and walking alongside you.

 

Once at the palace, I make my way to the portal room, using an elevator is I need to.

 

Shadow Stephanie heads over to the terminal once in the portal room, checking it's still working before excessively typing.

 

I let her do her thing, watching.

 

Shadow Stephanie seems to be setting up a new location, before associating co-ordinates with it.

 

"To the lab?"
I ask.

 

Shadow Stephanie nods.

A short while later, the portal opens to a very familiar location, Shadow Stephanie walking through and collecting her crystals.

 

I stay in the portal room, watching her.

 

Shadow Stephanie just walks back through.

"The portal to your place is working." Shadow Stephanie says, deactivating the portal and typing in new commands.

 

I nod.
“Thanks.”

 

Shadow Stephanie opens a portal to the void palace, glancing back at you.

 

I approach the portal.
“Should I still send her over as soon as possible, or are you going to need a bit more time?”

 

"Oh, sames my breath."
"Not sure why I would want to harm children. They have yet to realize the reality of their situation."
"Devious, aren't you?"
"I prefer the term clever."

The two centaur just go off to the side and lay down near Anne.

"You think I could get in touch with them face to face? This isn't quite enough detail."

 

"On who's part? Genesion has always been rude to the Galers, and even planned on invading and destroying one of the elders villages."

 

"What's going on? Why can't the two of you just get along?"

He looks at the dragoness.
"I told you, miss, he means no harm. As long as he has fruits and vegetables, he won't cause any harm."

He looks back at the dragon.
"Right?"

 

"I could probably use a bit of time to see what exactly happened here and sort any issues out, actually." Shadow Stephanie says.

"I'll see what I can do." Vexa says.

 

I smile and nod.
“Alright. See you around, then.”
I wave as I step through the portal.

 

Shadow Stephanie waves back, the portal shrinking once you're through, eventually just leaving you in the Void Palace, alone.
