"I don't need it to be cooked, I just don't want it to be frozen. I don't want to chip a tooth, you know."

 

"Still need fire to thaw it out. Do you care where that fire comes from or not?"

 

"If it's from somewhere.. weird, then I do."

 

I'll check for an exhaust port.

 

"Do you care if I breathe fire on things you are going to put in your mouth?"

There's a grate covering an otherwise open tube a few turbines over, but it's too high to reach and you can't really just fly up there.

 

I can climb up there.

 

"As long as the food isn't burned. Otherwise is fine."

 

"I'd say you were more bitch than crazy," I say, "Especially when you flirted with me."

"Hey, Thirteen. How have you been?" Shadow Stephanie asks.

 

You'd have to try and climb up the edges of one of the turbines, which means you either try to maneuver on spinning parts or around them.

He nods, an orange glow coming from ahead of him before he passes you a bone with some flesh on it.

This... looks disgusting, but whatever.

"I flirted with you? Ugh, I don't even see anything in you I'd want to be in a relationship over!"
Pause.
"Uh... no offense."

 

"Well, we're different species, I can murder easily, and I'm already in a relationship with a beautiful and amazing girl. Frankly, I don't think we'd work well together." I say.

 

"What is it?"
He smells the meat and then takes a bite.

 

“I’ve been swell. I just got done trying to solve a murder off in Maralune.”

 

"I didn't know you were a robot detective. How did the case go?" Shadow Stephanie asks, smiling.

 

"I think we'd be a horrid couple."

"If I knew, I'd probably do my best to forget."

It smells foul, but it doesn't taste bad.

 

"I wouldn't want to change my form into some kind of Shadow draconian to be intimate with you either. I don't even know your biology that well." I admit.

 

"Mmm. Itz nhot that bhad."
He swallows the meat.
"Do you want a bite?"

 

“Not... perfectly. Voidfiller managed to take out the only and prime suspect.”

 

"Oh, damn. Did he get mad at them or something?" Shadow Stephanie inquires, engaged in the story.

 

"If it makes you feel any better, I don't have any organs right now."

"Eat your fill, I'll take what's left."

 

"Well, that would just make things even more awkward." I say, laughing a bit.
