Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Ihra just waves before ducking off and heading to the throne room.


Ruby looks at it.
"Do you mind if I use that to see how much I remember?"

 

Shadow Stephanie seems to be sitting on her throne in her smaller form, looking through paperwork.


"Hm?" Vexa asks.

 

"I'll just wait, okay?"

 

"That's not that restful." Ihra comments.


Ruby looks at her glowing claw.
"Do you mind if I give that blade a shot before I try anything more attentive?"

"If you say so."
Pause.
"You just here for the storm?"

 

"Huh? Oh, yo Ihra." Shadow Stephanie says casually.


"Sure thing." Vexa says, putting her hammer down and stepping away from the scythe blade.

 

"Any news on Abigail?"


Ruby runs a claw over the blade, the edge coming out sharp but a small divot where she ran her claw over visible.
"...Note to self, do not physically touch things." Ruby says, looking at a hole in her claw.

 

"Well, we're fairly certain she's not here or on Earth." Shadow Stephanie says.


"Whoa, this looks amazing!" Vexa says, shocked.

 

I take out a coin, and throw it at the field, seeing what it does.

 

"That sort of narrows it down."


"It doesn't have any crazy strength, but I guess I remember. Doesn't burn much energy, though."

It disintegrates utterly.

 

I turn away, taking a walk to the bunk room.

 

The man's getting set up at a nearby bunk, though there's a group of people guarded in the far corner from the door.

 

I eye them, seeing what they’re up to.

 

Half of them are asleep, and the other half look like they think they're in a nightmare.

 

Anybody I recognize?

 

None at all.

 

I start making my way over to them.

 

"Yeah, though we're running out of places to look." Shadow Stephanie says, sighing.


"What'll burn the most energy?" Vexa asks.

 

"Yes. I'm staying in a cave nearby."

 

The room seems to be directly at the center of an intersetion. There are four halls, and Ren knows that the orc came from the western hall.
