She kicks aside a bit of broken glass and follows him out.
"How'd you get in on our op?"

 

"I gave a guy bread and he gave me the summary of what you lot are up to."
Voidfiller starts making his way back to the man he left behind.

 

"Good to know the dimwit's still food motivated." She chuckles.

 

"Hey, they're some good rolls."
Voidfiller half-jokes.

 

"You could've given him a literal carrot and you'd probably get the same result."

 

Voidfiller chuckles, then looks up.
"It might be quicker if we fly over."

 

"A creature of the winds so far underground? This is intriguing. Why are you this far underground, if I may ask?"

 

"It would be quicker, but I smell blood and sweat on you and I'm already not looking forward to washing this labcoat."

 

"Fair enough."
Voidfiller continues to move at a quickened pace.

 

"Why not? Where there's air, there can be wings. Do you know my name, by chance?"

She picks up her pace after wiping her labcoat off a bit.

 

"Are you hungry as well? I've got more food."

 

"No, they actually bother to feed the ladies in that hellhole."

 

"A'ight. Just thought to ask."

 

"Yeah, yeah. If I can bargain my way back to my lab, I'll keep up with you. Just go ahead and let them know I'm coming."

 

"You don't even know where you're supposed to be going."

 

"Bastard didn't break my watch like he wanted to. I press a button, I know where the other three are. You want me somewhere, move 'em."

 

"'Zat so? Well, as long as you feel like you won't run into trouble..."
Voidfiller grows a pair of wings.

 

"It's likely, but I've got most of my old lab stuff now, taser included."

 

"Good."
He chuckles at the sight of the dragonlings.

She comes back out a few seconds later, annoyed.
"Too many, I swear..."
