Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

“Hey. Are you looking for the rest?”
Pause.
“Good to know.”
Pause.
“Yeah, he’s right here.”
Another pause.
“Yes. You’ll figure out about it soon. Just find the others. Alive.”
I take my hand off my ear.
“He says he’s looking.”

Voidfiller continues flying over the forest, looking for the one who ran away as well as the one he tied up.

 

The one who kept running is circling back towards town, his pursuer tiring a bit faster than he is.

The one he tied up is still there.

 

He goes after the one still running, picking him up by the shirt and flying upwards.

 

He chokes a bit, struggling.

 

He shift his grip to his arm, but just one arm, leaving him dangling far above the ground.

 

"Can you not dislocate my shoulder?" They groan.

 

It appears that, despite being made of gold, the enchantments and hexes on the coins actually allow them to exist as a seperate sort of material, so they're not actually worth gold as a coin.


"No thank you." A sculptor says.

 

“Sure, yeah.”
Voidfiller jerks him upwards and drops his grip to his legs, now holding him by his ankles.

 

...I'll look at the poster.

 

Ali, confused, looks for any other seemingly important details.


The golem shifts around a bit.
"Hey, she actually got this thing to work?! Damn... I should've asked for this!" She says from within, not really directed at anyone.
A hatch opens.
"You sure you don't want to sculpt the four smaller puppets this splits into?"

It says you're wanted for murder of...
...it lists twenty names, but you can't care any less.

He screams, popping his shoulder before glancing up at you.
"...Actually, yeah, this hurts a hell of a lot less. Now, what do you want?"

 

“Well, I’m supposed to keep you alive...”
Voidfiller says, looking around.
“And I’m trying to figure out which of your friends it’d be easier to round you up with.”

 

"If you want to keep me in one place, why don't you just tie me up near the one you already tied up?"

 

“...Well, no, I’ll be moving you.”
Voidfiller starts making his way to the forest, and to the one who’s tied up.

 

"Again? Where?"

 

“Somewhere that helps the situation.”

 

"Just tie me up, I'm getting dizzy."

 

Voidfiller carefully lands near the tied-up man, the person he’s carrying ending up on his back on the ground.

 

The man just waits, taking a few breaths.
The tied-up person is knocked out, a few bruises on his face.

 

“Ah, fuck.”
Voidfiller walks up to the tied up man, shaking him.

 

He groans, but doesn't open his eyes.
