Tirra hugs Ihra back, albeit a little too strong.


"Indeed." Gaia says happily.

 

She groans.


Gaia switches forms, flying over to the snowy area.

 

Tirra lets go.


It's a rather long flight even for Gaia, but she eventually makes it.

Polar guardians and humans dressed in warm clothing appear to be playing in the snow, snowmen and snowball fights everywhere. The forest seems to thin out into an snowy tundra, igloos and living log cabins built in the snow.

 

Ihra heals herself, looking a bit pained.


Gaia watches from above, a bit chilled but content nonetheless.

 

"Oh, sorry." Tirra apologises.


Not many people seem to notice Gaia. One polar guardian seems to be rolling up a rather large ball of snow, bigger than they are.

 

"It's okay... probably..." She groans, rubbing her shoulder.


Gaia opts to fly higher, looking for other comparatively anomalous areas.

 

"Unless something really important is going on. Then I don't know if I can let you out."

 

Are you doing your vows in beast form at the wedding? If you are, then you might want to reword that.

 

Tirra just looks down, feeling guilty.


Further in the distance, the snow appears to begin to melt into a gigantic ocean.

 

Ihra smiles.
"It'll be alright. Nothing broken."


Gaia flies over, looking around again before reaching out to Gaia again.
"I know better now, but I would have to say... if my children knew about your children, they would flee from you like death itself. Don't take that as a bad thing, though... you seem to be four of our gods thrown into one."

 

Tirra smiles lightly.


"Why would they be scared of me? I provide paradise eternal for my children that I deem worthy, and Mortius and I allow them to live on in the spiritual plane if they're not particularly evil to the core." Gaia says.

 

Ihra turns to the tree, sitting down.
"...Do you think the others realize how grim this spectacle really is?"


"The same reason one would be scared of Ihra - not for what she does with her power, but for the power she holds. You can change your element, you could be the bane of four of the six high gods of my realm. As long as you are not caught shifting, they will love you as they do me, but once they see what abilities you possess, they will only dream of you in nightmares."

 

"Probably not." Tirra admits.


"But why would I ever want to use my power to harm my own or your own children? Power can be used for good instead of evil." Gaia says.

 

"I think it may be best we keep it to ourselves, for now at least."


"That's the sad thing about the state of my reality. For far too many, it's not how you use what you have, but how much and of what you have."

 

Tirra nods.


"Well, I'll just have to show them I can be trusted then." Gaia says.

 

Ihra glances at you.


Spring glances at Katie.
"...Now that you're done eating, you ready to head out with the rest of your friends?"


Gaia smiles.
"...Don't forget your own children. They'd be devastated if you were to be wounded as badly as we have."

 

"Okay. Let's just say it depends on the situation. If I need to be human, I'll be human and otherwise."

 

I don't seem to be at the tree yet, only the elites sit by it.


"Yeah." Katie nods.


"I don't wish to enter your reality without suitable protection, though for any of your children that come here, I shall show them I'm different." Gaia says.

 

"If we accidentally destroy it, we can rebuild it."

 

I'm just messing with you, I know what you meant.

Ihra reaches out to you.
"...Not coming to join us?"


Spring forms a bubble around her and carries her our to the group.


"For that hospitality, I thank you."
Gaia takes a deep breath.
"However... I need to return to my own reality, if not that then see what's left of my children."

Ren looks a bit confused.
"How's that work?"
