Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"No." I say it in a manner that seems dominating and uncaring. Basically my tone should send chills then their spines and make their heart skip a beat.

 

"Hmm, perhaps I shouldn't be so presumptuous all the time."

I head back to Nemmek

 

"You're slippery." He laughs.

 

"If we could now, we would." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

"Do you know how many were built after you, then?"

"And what, give his daughter a slice of cake before gutting her?"

"It's that or I claw you, which would probably result in me getting tossed off you."

They fall silent, unmoving.

You hear and see no passersby. You're alone, for all you care.

Nemmek's pacing about, seeming a bit impatient.

The forest is fairly quiet, the sounds of birds starting to echo through the treetops once again.

 

“Six were. None of them ended up being used, simply because Nineteen killed all the creators.”

 

"You can try. but it looks like you already know what's gonna happen."
He stands up and looks at the ocean.

 

"No, give her a slice of torture." Shadow Stephanie says, grinning evilly.

 

"We must follow Raygyon, boy. She will probably be leaving her meeting with Solis at this time."

I mount Nemmek and ride back to the Galer village

 

I'll walk around for a bit.

 

"Then why'd they build Nineteen?"

The forest is quiet at night, souls of small animals resting in the treetops and going about their lives.
There's nobody else out this time of night within a ten minute walk from where you started.

He walks back, taking his time.

"And she's done what to deserve it?"

"Aaaand that's exactly why I chose to jump off."

The waves are calm, a few merfolk visible in the distance, but no signs of the leviathan.

 

"She's the hive master's daughter. If we let her just go free, she could just as easily follow in her father's footsteps or try to avenge him." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

"Shall we head to Aurilon then and see if we spot him there?"

 

“Nineteen was just supposed to be the new design, but it ended up having a malfunction.”

 

While Nemmek walks back, I think back on all the things I've done over the past few hours.

Trying to use a dragon to kill prisoners? That's the stupidest idea I've had in a while

I continue towards the village

 

I'll walk around a bit more.

 

Sivius vanishes without another word.

You find a small village in a forest clearing, souls of the guards keeping an eye on you as the others rest.

By the time you get there, Ragnyon is waiting beside Solis, both looking at you.

"Did they make it not look like a human? You said it was a new design..."

"May as well."

The wyvern steps forward again.
"I'll fly over the ocean and send him your way if I see him. You okay with that?" They ask.

 

Shadow Stephanie groans, going to Aj's home.

 

"No, they were just constantly 'improving' the design. I wasn't the final hope for the look of the product, as they were supposed to have eyes."
I stick a finger in my eye socket.
"From what I found, Nineteen was supposed to be one of the final looks."

 

"Ofcourse. That would make things way easier."
Pause.
"And if you do, maybe keep a look out for a pack of wolves?"
