Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"I understand, Nemmek, we're all a bit tired after today."

I get off and walk the rest of the way to the village

 

He trails you, taking it easy.

The walk is nice, a gentle breeze passing by as you go.


When you get back, the messenger looks at you with mild annoyance.
"Well... where is she?"

 

"Oh, that way could work. Sounds good don't you think?"

 

"Yeah, it works for me if it works for you."

 

Dammit
Uh...where's my body?

 

Still in the safehouse. You can wait around until sunrise, or head out a bit. The night is still young.

 

"Do you mean Raygyon? If so, she is back at the camp in the forest. She'll be waiting for you if you return."

 

"I'm not going to run back and forth anymore if she's not there." He growls. "Are you sure she's at the camp?"

 

"It's settled then."

 

"Certainly." The guard says, a few more guards exiting the gates to collect the paintings.

 

"She is there, I saw her when I left. Now if you have something to tell her, go. I have other matters to discuss."

I continue towards the village

 

I guess I'll walk around a bit.

 

The Matriarch yawns again.
"Thanks, I appreciate it."

The forest is quiet, a few spirits of birds flying about.
Other than the other demon's cowering entourage, there's not much else nearby.

You're at the village. You sent the regiment to the village.

"Well..."
Pause.
"...Do you know where one is?"

 

"I don't know any nearby. There might be some on the others side of the Island, or in the deeper parts of the forest. Maybe even the smaller Island has some bluffs."

 

"Well, I guess we just have to ask a dragon or two, or maybe some other flying creature. Maybe we can find a pegasus?"

 

The guards take the paintings back into the palace.

 

I sigh. Interrogation always has me confused afterwards.

I walk towards Solis' house

 

The Matriarch heads back.


Sivius reappears in the throne room.

"Aradius, did you not get the message that I'd speak to you after Ragnyon?"

 

"You like a pegagus? I don't know, I never saw one."

 

"What? Haven't you ever looked up at the clouds in the middle of the day?"
