"No, the dryad you actually wanted to execute."

 

"Oh, her. Ugh, fine." Shadow Stephanie says, groaning.

 

"Hey, I get she's a pain at first, but my reality's Gaia has been betrayed countless times. I can't blame her advisor for being good at riling people up to figure out their actual plans."

 

"Hm, I guess that's what happens when your gods are friendly with everyone." Shadow Stephanie shrugs.

 

"I think it'd be hard not to have a big heart when you convert a giant palace into a giant orphanage."

 

"It'd also be hard not to have a big heart when you're a giant god." Shadow Stephanie says, grinning.

 

"I believe so. I want you men to move to protect Solis now. It may be too late if we wait any longer."

 

Ihra snickers.
"Yeah... that too."

He nods, waving his men towards the village.
"Stay wary, Seer."

 

"You too, General. Phykrah protect you."

I see the general off and prepare to defend the new camp

 

Things start to fall quiet, until you hear one scream, and then an order to retreat.

Seconds later, you can hear the sounds of trees cracking and a bit more screaming. Fortunately, it's not coming from the village...

 

Shadow Stephanie smiles, happy.

 

Ihra lets out a sigh of relief.
"Thanks, Stephanie... but now that I think about it, where is Artemis?"

 

"She fell asleep near Aj, in the statue room." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

"Aww... that's sweet."

 

"Huh.. guess not."
He looks up at the sky and tries to sleep some more if it's still dark.

 

"She's worried about him. Abigail really damaged him." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

The sky's starting to turn orange. It's just about sunrise.

"I don't doubt that... but I would think Tenebrae would be able to heal him super fast, if he's just a part of her. Then again, I guess she is like a mother and Aj is like a child, so he could be getting chewed out..." Ihra ponders.

 

"Tenebrae is sort of our ultimate mother, but I don't see why she'd be mad at Aj." Shadow Stephanie says, a little confused.

 

"Well... he did kind of steal Temporus' watch."

 

"He took it from an ancient temple or something apparently. He's not the original thief, he more had an item that was stolen." Shadow Stephanie says.
