Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Gaia nods, smiling.
"Perhaps we head there next?"

Voidfiller comes up to a hallway with five doors, two on each end and one straight out. One door's got extra seals to block out light, so presumably it's Alice's bedroom.

 

"I can warp the pair of you there right now if you'd like." Caelia offers, smiling.

"Shall we go?" Gaia asks.

 

Voidfiller shifts and slips under the nearest door that’s not Alice’s room, looking around. After shifting, he forms back into a human.

 

"There's a piece of wood stuck in his leg, but we're working on it."
He smiles.
"I would appreciate it if you could ask around a bit."

 

Gaia nods.
"If you're done with your tea, sure."

She seems shocked before nodding.
"I'll... I'll go see what we can spare."

He slipped into a bathroom, but it doesn't seem to have been used much at all.

 

"Thank you ma'am."

 

Gaia offers her teacup to Caelia who telekinetically lifts it out of her hands, before both Gaia's find themselves outside a dense forest, a gargantuan tree even compared to their size in it's center.

 

He takes a few seconds to wash his hands before slipping into the next room.

 

Some reinforcements they are.
I'll walk around the house.

 

"You're not going to be here for long. See if you can find Devarra for me."

 

It's tiny; a bedroom and a small kitchen.

It leads to a vault, a soulscanner lock on it.

Gaia looks around.
"I'm surprised the area can handle such immense amounts of magic."

He nods, running off.

"Is that your servant?" Ragnyon asks.

"Anything for the wounded..." She says before running off.

 

Voidfiller quickly exits, checking the other two rooms.

 

It's a walk-in closet, but... there's one rack of similar dark-colored robes and the rest is just lined with parasols.
Why Alice appears to have an obsession with parasols is beyond him, but the collection is probably valuable enough to be locked away.

Voidfiller goes back downstairs, and cleans up the teacups and pot.

 

Seems they're already sitting in the sink.

 

Voidfiller checks around, suspicious.

 

There are small runes on each corner of the ceiling, and they seem to use automated magic to keep the house looking neat.

 

Voidfiller smiles, before dropping through a portal, leaving the house.
