Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"She... Ihra... Do you remember...?"
"Put the girl down." Rineth mutters.

"Wait... Sarin?"
"It's been too long."
"You're alive! You're alive!! You made it through all the Rites!!!"
"Heh, yeah. Man, this brings me back."

 

The darkness fades, causing the girl to drop.

"Who's this?" Stephanie asks, suspicious.

I form next to Artemis.

 

"I'm Sarin, heir of the head of the Timekeepers. I'm a Chrono in training. I know Ihra from one of the many Blood Rites of Passage from many years ago."
"I thought you were dead..." Ihra wails as she hugs Sarin, inadvertantly tackling her.

 

"Blood?" I say, my eyes glowing.

"Ok...so why're you here?" Stephanie asks.

"Looks like someone is more humanoid." Abigail says, observing Rineth's new form.

 

I hold up my kettle, completely unperturbed by the sudden arrival. "Tea?" I offer tea to Sarin.

OOC: Hopefully people are back and stuff and I'm not misinterpreting things, this would look pretty silly if the group didn't just come back.

EDIT: I was totally just offering the tea to... um... Sgavrinn. Yeah.

 

"I can revert, assuming you'd rather not be walking with an ex-assassin."
His wings have blades. His tail has a blade. His wrists have green braces on them, though with an obvious slight alteration from those found on Vei and Sarin.
"I wanted out. They were cracking down, saying that the Elders could no longer assign heirs. I was to go through another set of Rites."

Congratulations, you look pretty silly.
Though, the Void probably isnmt the best place to chat.

"Wait a second...the big Three and Rineth are in the void now I think. I think they're looking for Ihra."

"What's so bad about the rites?" Stephanie asks.

 

"Every one of them involves death. Few watch, but it's meant to weed out the weak. From falling into Oblivion, being torn apart, to having your soul torn from your body whilst still alive, albeit not for long... It's horrific."

"Mhmm. Of course, not in reverted form. A little hard to hide like that."
His robe is a pure black color with very few blue detailings.

 

Aura and the white creature stop fighting and walk (hover in the case of the white creature) towards Sgavrinn.

Hythania turns away from Sgavrinn.
"Hello, who are you?"

"Hmm... we could try to attack the others now... but Tirai is definitely still watching."

Sgavrinn sniffs curiously at the two of them, not sure how to react.

 

Aura and the white creature sniff at Sgavrinn too.
Aura then makes a metallic humming sound while the white creature makes a shrill whistle, which could almost resemble singing.

 

"Tall cathedrals, great underground dwarf halls, prosperous towers... The list goes on and on."

 

"Also, there's someone called 'Hythania' that just arrived. Do you know her?"
