Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

She lands on the shore.
"Good luck."

Because the winds hold significance and you can't feel the winds inside.

Your bed is already made.

She spits a small, barely frozen ice shard.

 

"You want ice?" Artemis asks.

 

She nods.

 

Artemis gets up, disappearing before re-appearing a short while later with a bucket full of ice cubes, putting it down in front of Avis.

 

She crawls into the buckets and slides in, eating an ice cube while she shifts about, closing her eyes.

 

Artemis checks Avis' life force to see how she is.

 

Still weak, but getting a bit better as she lays in the ice.

 

Artemis stays by Avis, keeping an eye out for anyone entering.

 

"Yeah, thanks."
He gets off onto the ground.

 

Nobody does, and Avis winds up falling asleep in the bucket.

She crouches.
"I'm going to see if I can find you a safer ride back."

 

Artemis guards Avis as she sleeps, keeping her bow ready.

 

"Thank you. Stay save."

 

Nobody comes in, and the room stays quiet (except for Avis' quiet breathing)

She nods, taking off.
"...Is it over?" Anne asks quietly.

 

Artemis stays awake and alert nonetheless, continuing to guard Avis.

 

"Yeah, you're good. She's gone."

 

Shadow Aj probably arrives before Avis wakes...

She peeks out.
"I hated that..."

 

"Don't like to go fast it seems." He chuckles.

 

I head through the void palace with the group of elite guardians, as well as Stephanie, aiming for the portal room.

 

I get in my bed and go to sleep

 

When you get there, Artemis isn't there and Ihra is back to wait.
"Hey, have you seen Artemis?"

No dreams, solid sleep.
Nothing wakes you in the morning, and you wind up sleeping in until about noon.

"No, I hate the water!" She scoffs.
