Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

The golem gets up and starts stomping on Crystal.

Everything appears to be where it should be, the weapons and items untouched.

 

The moment the golem gets up, Crystal shifts into a snake and slithers out of reach.

 

She checks for her old blade, sitting down and dulling a few of Abigail's senses.

 

The golem chases Crystal.

Ruby's blade doesn't appear to be anywhere.

 

He shifts one of his eyes to the tail, keeping his eye on the golem.
While slithering, Crystal sprouts a small earthen wall to try and trip the golem.

 

The golem simply kicks through the wall, keeping up pace.

 

Worried, she looks for any traces of someone coming in and stealing it.

 

Crystal raises earth around the next foot the golem steps with, trying to ground it.

 

Nobody appears to have stolen it, luckily.

The golem trips and falls, smashing into the ground.

 

Crystal slithers around the golem, using earth magic to bury and hold its legs firmly.

 

Crystal manages to bind it's legs to the ground, though that doesn't stop the golem from trying to crush him with it's arms.

 

Ruby gives up, looking at the time before heading to the guest room.

 

Crystal slithers around to the back of the golem, continuing to bury it in the ground.

 

He pulls the cord downwards.
"Like this?"

 

It appears to be the early afternoon.

The golem struggles, but Crystal manages to bury it without much trouble.

 

Crystal does so, fully encasing the golem before standing back up, clearly exhausted.

 

The armoured Shadow smiles at Crystal.

 

Crystal walks over to him.
“How’d I do?”

 

"Well, you should really learn to never let your guard down." The armoured Shadow says as the ground shakes.

The metal golem emerges from the ground, much larger and stronger with an armour of earth surrounding it. The golem stomps it's foot, causing the ground to shake even more.

"Good luck, soldier." The armoured Shadow says, disappearing.

 

Crystal looks more annoyed than shocked as he turns back to the golem, using earth magic to try and crumble some of the armor.
