Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

She turns.
"Hi, hon. Did you get my advisor sorted out?"

 

The girl remains quiet, following the walls a bit longer before entering the next room she comes across.

 

"Well, she's up, but she's got some memory loss."
I go more into the room, gesturing Emerald to come in.

 

She enters the bunk room, which doesn't have very many people in it.

She keeps walking, weary.
"D-did I miss something...?" She mumbles, using you for balance.
"Uhm... can you, like, fix her or something?"

 

The girl looks at some of the people in the bunk room.

 

Most are sleeping draconians, but a few are human, kobold, harpy, or incubi.

 

The girl watches one of the humans, curious.

 

They seem to be working with a glove of sorts. It looks like a repair, but it's hard to tell.

 

"Are you doing okay?"
I ask Emerald before responding to Xlentia.
"That depends if she is broken or was broken. But personally, I can't do much about it."

 

"Probably..." She grumbles.

"Do you think the shadow thing knows someone who can fix her?"

 

"I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Want me to take her there?"

 

The girl watches, trying to figure out what exactly they're doing.

 

After a few minutes, he puts the glove on and takes it off again, putting it under his bunk and trying to sleep. He seems frustrated.

"Please." Xlentia nods.

"Where...?" Emerald mumbles.

 

"Will do."
I nod, guiding Emerald out and to the library.
"Tell you on the way."
I whisper.

 

"Make sure she doesn't get killed! I need her!" Xlentia says, waving you off.


"Please tell me it's not far..." She complains.

 

I wave back.
"Why? Are you not feeling well?"

 

"Is that not obvious?" She groans, shaky. "I just got back from having the last thousands of years deleted from my memory."

 

"Apologies. My knowledge on the physical effects of thousand-year-memory-loss is limited."

 

"I haven't stood... walked... for thousands of years... and suddenly I find myself unable to levitate. Surely you must know the implications of degradation." She grumbles, putting more weight on you.

 

"I mean.. I could always go and visit them."
