Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Voidfiller entertains himself while he waits for someone to turn up.

 

Nobody comes until around noon, and it winds up being the four-winged beast and its cranky rider.

 

Voidfiller, a bit peeved, flies up to them.

 

"Saved me some distance. Good afternoon, shifter."

 

"Afternoon. Where's Keila?"
He asks, pulling out an envelope.
"I have something for her."

 

"She left, of course. Mother's busy."

 

"I'll have to ask to centaurs if they got any spare parts leftover."

 

You seem to just be talking to yourself.
You also reek of burnt fur.

 

"Well...this presents an awkward problem." Kenas says, looking nervous.

 

"Ugh... this sensitive nose it not helping at the moment, I smell."

 

"...Oh?"

Anne soon walks up to you.
"You able to walk?"

 

Voidfiller sighs.
"Can someone get this to her, then?"
He asks, holding out the paper while writing something down."

 

"I'll deliver it, if you wish."

 

"Well, you're badly wounded and you wither wherever you walk, but we can't help you." Kenas says.

 

"Well, yeah. And? It's not like I'm headless and living, like my sister. I can see, and talk. I don't have a lance running through my body."

 

He startles and gets up.
"You're... you surived!"
He tries to hug her.

 

She's extremely hot to the touch.
"Hey, hey, hey. It's still burning. I just wanted to make sure you took your own advice."

 

"Right, right. I can't walk that well, a bit burned. I called one of my companions to come and pick me up."

 

Kenas looks befuddled.

 

"Well, keep going back. The kitsune actually responded."
