"I will."
Pause.
"I don't have anything else to ask."

 

"My turn then..."
Pause.
"Why oppose the Hive Master?"

 

"I'm not much for mind control. Well, I am, but not on masses of people, or gods."

 

"In that case... if he succeeds, do you think he'll really affect everything in this reality? Surely he would've thought about the ripple effect, even if only from the war he's started..."

 

"If he's shootin' for gods, he's shootin' big. No telling when or where he'll stop."

 

"Furthermore... how can you really hope to stop him? I get you've got a group of tough fighters, but... he's got armies. Plural... I don't know how anyone would be able to keep the courage to stand up to that."

 

Voidfiller shrugs.
"I guess I really can't say. Boredom? Ignorance? Lack of purpose? All of the above? Hell if I know."

 

"I guess I'm mistaking recklessness for bravery, then."

 

"Probably, for most of us. I mean, I'm sure several people have seen what that guy's really got, but I haven't, so I can't really call myself brave."

 

"As much as I hate to admit it, if it gets the job done and makes things better... I have a hard time saying the ends don't justify the means."

 

"Thank you."
Bardock fills the inkwell with the black liquid.

 

Sgavrinn hums, busy snacking on the local bushes.

It's a bit thicker than ink, and it leaves the paper a little sticky after you write on it, but it gets the job done.

 

"Good. That's finished. Now she'll know that she welcome."
He walks towards Sgavrinn.
"Ready to go back?"

 

"I come from hell, of course I know what it is," Jennifer says, "It has creatures that are far less attractive than you."

Maria casually reads through it.

 

"It's war. Everybody loses anyways."

 

He nods, wiping his snout on the grass.

"Fair point..."
Keila seems a bit disturbed by his comment, but lets it pass.
"Well, that's all I have. Good luck."

"Not from our hell. Besides, I'd rather you get to the point. What would you like of me?"

It seems it was a group of eight operatives who would always be shifting identities, assuming the job of various maintainence workers who they in fact had killed the night before.
Their operation seems to have ended with a mass public execution, but considering this journal made it out, it's possible that every person executed was in fact the actual people the operatives pretended to be.

 

"I just want a nice chat, cutie." Jennifer says, winking with a cute smile.

Maria glances at Jennifer before switching their books, more interested in reading than seducing people.

 

"Okay. I'll lead you back to the where we first landed."

 

"Thanks."
Voidfiller nods, exiting the bubble.

 

"Should we take it outside the library? Emerald's sealed my mouth shut before..."

This journal seems to be a travel journal, listing all sorts of plants and fauna she saw during a trip to an unnamed planet.
Birds, lizards, rodents, and more... seems like a colorful and lively place - except for the fact that the planet is labelled 'destroyed.'
