"I'm from hell. Died when some fanatic went on some 'holy crusade' bullshit and left no survivors out of my entire neighborhood. Been hoping to find them and get a little revenge ever since."

"I think she went under the name 'Ruby' for a while." He says, vanishing.

 

Sivius now gone, I make my way towards the library, looking to see if the portal to the Shadow Palace is still there.

 

"Jeez, the worst we do here is remove the memories and knowledge gained from the book and take it back." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

It is.

"That's a middle-y punishment over here."

 

"To be fair you do seem like the kind of person to kill someone over a book." Shadow Stephanie comments.

 

"I almost killed Aj's entire damn group over melting a bookshelf, so you're correct."

 

"I remember you almost doing that!" Shadow Stephanie says happily.

 

"I still want words with that damn fire guardian." She grumbles.

 

"Ignia?" Shadow Stephanie asks.

I step through the portal to the Shadow Palace, arriving at the gates.

 

"Think so. They were planning to burn down the entire place, and don't get me started on what I would've done to them."

 

The guards open the gates for you.

"Cause no trouble, Thirteen." One of the guards says, staring at you with an unnerving expression.

"Aj and Eve were too. You can speak to Ignia if you want, I'm pretty sure she isn't as guilty as you think here." Shadow Stephanie says.

 

"I'm well aware of everyone who thought of it. It's best I ignore it again."

 

I nod, and start to walk, before stopping next to the guard.
"Do you know if the queen is here?"

 

"I can bring Ignia along with me if you want me to so you can speak to her." Shadow Stephanie offers.

"Yes, she's currently in her private chambers. I doubt she'll allow you in." The guard says sternly.

 

"Can a message be delivered to her, then?"

 

"Yes, though if you must see her urgently, you can ask for admission to her private chambers; or simply wait for her to leave them." The guard says, glancing around for a moment, suspicious.

 

"No, I'd only get riled up."

 

I nod.
"Where are her chambers?"

 

"Alright, but I may as well say she was just following orders." Shadow Stephanie says.

"The large doors in the middle right wing of the second floor of the palace. Or you could just use the elevators." The guard states.
