Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

All the Terraes that are hit simply disappear. The draconian suddenly feels a punch to her gut.

 

Nobody's stopping you from continuing...

She then gets on the bed, lays down, and goes idle, probably asleep.

Sapphire slinks outside and sits/hides in the forest, still worried.

Her body explodes into water, reforming off to the side after a wave passes by.

She lets loose another three arrows, only one aimed at you.

 

The forest is quiet, the only sounds coming from birds and a few animals running along. A green acorn falls from one of the trees near to Sapphire, bouncing and rolling along the ground for a bit before stopping.

Sapphire relaxes a bit, opting to just listen to the birds.

 

I remember her spot and leave her alone, heading to the library to find Emerald.

 

The birds aren't as noisy this time of day, most of them just flitting through the trees or jumping around on the ground, flying off when anything gets near to them. The forest's serenity is enough to allow Sapphire to easily clear her mind of worries.

"You had better believe everyone started running their mouth about conspiracy theories when we saw the giant footprint. Kept screaming shit like 'bigfoot is real' or 'what idiot could have possibly faked this,' but of course none of them were scholars at any time.

Have you ever seen a giant? No? Keep it that way. And if you do, never go after it like my regiment is doing tomorrow.

She relaxes, deciding to play with a few threads as she enjoys nature.

She's at the front desk this time. Convenient.

"Something wrong again?"

 

"Well, Abigail's gone. I was wondering if you knew if she's okay."

 

A small spider darts across the ground near to Sapphire, stopping occasionally before darting off again.

 

"Good advise."
Bardock puts back the book.

 

"Uhm... not exactly. We're still working on her, but... it's not looking good."

Sapphire keeps wary, before going into deep thought.

The book seems to put itself back on the shelf automagically.
Convenient.

 

"Nice."
Bardock walks around the library a bit, not really searching for anything.

 

Nothing disturbs Sapphire, the forest seeming to aid Sapphire.

 

Books, books, books. You find the occasional draconian reading, but the library seems fairly empty for its size.

She just takes the time to relax, letting Aj escape her mind.

 

Time flies by quicker than Sapphire expects it to, the sun close to the horizon in what only feels like fifteen minutes.

 

"Guess I'll head back to Ragnyon?"
Bardock goes back to Ragnyon.

 

"Oh. What happened?"

 

She decides to just spend the night out in the forest.

"She died, and someone sabotaged the Immortality Protocol system. She's... incomplete."

Sgavrinn's there, and Ragnyon's asleep next to him, albeit folded up like a ragdoll.

 

"I'm back."
He pets Ragnyon on the head.
"Wakey, wakey."
