Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

It does nothing, Xlentia putting her eye in front of the cave.

"Sure. I could go and hunt something if you want."

 

The dragon whips Xlentia in the eye with it's spiky tail, roaring at Xlentia.

 

"All right
I take it youre ready to go then"

 

"If you want to hunt for yourself, go ahead. Sgavrinn, cherries please."

Sgavrinn rapidly grows a cherry tree.

Its tail bounces off.
"Hey, hey, hey. Calm down, I'm just talking to you so my underling shuts up. Are your children okay?" Xlentia asks, not even blinking.

"Yes please"

 

The dragon just roars at Xlentia, attempting to scratch her eye.

It doesn't seem to understand Xlentia.

 

Bardock looks amazed at the tree.
"Maybe a few cherries would be nice."

 

"Alright"
I take her hand and start walking towards the portal.

 

Xlentia pulls back a bit, rolling her eyes before dropping a large (human sized) gold coin in front of the cave before leaving.

Sgavrinn uses vines to pick a handful, giving them to Bardock as Ragnyon uses her staff to pick some off of the tree.

She stumbles a bit, but you keep her moving forward.
"Not used to walking on two feet"

 

The dragon sniffs at the gold coin, before leaving it be, going back to her eggs.

 

"Sorry about that"
I slow down a bit.

 

"Thank you Sgavrinn."
He puts the cherries in a pouch and walks off.
"I'll be back later."
He goes and search for food. Fruits or meat.

 

Saphire goes back to the group.
"Okay... you win. Still healthy, still furious." She mumbles.

 

"Were you near the dragon's eggs?" Shadow Stephanie asks.

 

Sgavrinn hums and nuzzles you a bit as you leave.

There's four fruit trees, but none of the fruit is ripe yet. As for animals to hunt, you either are stuck with small birds or rodents.
...or... out of the corner of your eye, you catch a fox darting by.

"Yes, let her electrocute me."

She stumbles a lot less, though it takes you twenty minutes to get back to the portal.
"Are they still willing to operate on me"

 

"Dont know"

 

"What happens if they refuse"

 

"You would still have a tracker in your tail"
I walk through the portal and towards the lab.

 

The ring doesn't affect Amethyst as you go, causing you to wind up dragging her as you get the speed boost down the hall and she doesn't.

"Please dont rip off my arm"

 

"Well obviously she's going to be angry because she thinks you're trying to harm her young." Shadow Stephanie says.

"Most mothers are highly protective of their young until they reach a mature age, to protect them from predators." Artemis explains.
