Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Praecantatia waves back, before smiling at the harpy.

"Good day!" Praecantatia says to the harpy happily.


Caelia rolls her eyes, turning her attention back to Sivius.

"Shall we talk more, or do you wish to return to your normal size and activities?" Caelia asks kindly.

 

They turn and land.
"Hello, miss. You the new face here?"


"I'd like to go back to meditating, if you wouldn't mind." He says, getting slightly impatient.

 

"I guess I am. I'm Phoebe, what's your name?" Praecantatia asks.


"Very well." Caelia says, holding her hands out with her thumbs and index fingers extended, before bordering Sivius with them. As Caelia moves her hands together, Sivius shrinks, before he's normal size again, Caelia towering over him.

"It's been nice to speak to you, perhaps we may meet again some time." Caelia says happily, her voice booming.

 

"Michelle. What're you? Not to be judgin', just curious. Y'don't look human."


"If fate wills it." Sivius nods, levitating.

 

It seems interested in the hourglasses, looking then over a bit more.

 

"I'm a mage-born sorceress, which probably explains it. Maybe I've just drank the wrong potion though." Praecantatia says, laughing.


Caelia warps back to the void palace portal room, looking at the portals again.

 

"Goddesses're born? Ain't what Lucy taught me."

They're never in normal shapes, but the most common one is a double helix. Others have other designs, a fancy one having two dragons at each other's throats as the container for the sand.

 

"You can tell?" Praecantatia asks, disappointed in herself.


Caelia heads into Entelp, looking around.

 

"E'ry demon can. Where there's gods, there's angels, and angels r'always bad news."


There's traces of Praecantatia as Caelia walks onto perfectly transparent ice, a random rose frozen in the depths.
Hellhounds roam the desert, taking interest in Caelia as they playfully nip at her.

 

It looks for whoever or whatever might be the shopkeeper.

 

There's a half-sleeping draconian with bright yellow scales sitting at a booth nearby.

 

Voidfiller makes its way to the booth, drumming their fingers to alert the draconian.

 

"Yes?" They grumble, yawning.

They then glance up, jumping up and shaking their head.
"O-oh, I'm sorry. We haven't had tourists in... ever. What can I help you with?"

 

"It's okay. I was just wondering if you knew about any of the prices on those hourglasses."
Voidfiller points to one with their thumb.

 

"Five gold coins."

 

"Are you selling?"

 

"Of course! And, well... the more intricate designs cost more, but let me know if you find something you want to take home."

 

"Well, I was mainly thinking about the dragon one."
It says, taking out some coins from what seems like nowhere.

 

"Oh, that one's ten... and the enchanted one is twenty five."

 

"...Which one's the enchanted one and what's it do?"
