"Huh. Didn't notice that."

 

"It's cloaked from above."

 

"That's... odd."

 

"Safer from meteor strikes that way."

 

"Alright."
It shrugs.
"You know more about this place than I do."

 

Legna keeps moving.
"I gotta get this load to the council, but after that I could show you around if you'd like." She offers.

 

"Alright, sounds nice. I should be around here somewhere, it won't be that hard to find me."

 

Fia just looks a little nervous.


"Hey, I'm sort of new around here so what can you recommend?" Praecantatia asks happily once she reaches the counter.


"That must be frustrating for her." Caelia states.

 

"Iruk could probably show you around a bit, too." She says, Iruk caught a bit off-guard but nodding anyways.

"Oh, it's fine. They are just puppets, after all... one cut and I'd be powerless." Sapphire sighs.


The cashier chuckles.
"Well, as owner I'm a bit biased towards everything. What's up your alley? Cakes, chocolates, fruity things...? Maybe taffy or hard candies?"


"It's the reason she's cooped up."

 

"Oh, that must be problematic." Fia says nervously.


"Hard candies?" Praecantatia asks postively, her eyes lighting up.


"Who cursed her?" Caelia asks.

 

Voidfiller looks towards Iruk and shrugs.
"If you want to."

 

"Yeah... it's hard rethreading the puppets."


"Sure! Over on the far counter, to the left of the cakes. Let me know what looks good."


"Her mother, the goddess that created this and many other realities."

 

"Not like I'm doing anything else." He shrugs.

 

Fia just gives a nervous smile.


Praecantatia heads over to where she was directed, looking over what's there.


"How cruel. I know personally she didn't create our reality. I, as well as the God of Time, would know above others." Caelia states.

 

Voidfiller turns to Legna.
"Well, if you're going to the same place, we may as well follow you, right? Or is this council somewhere else?"

 

Sapphire keeps quiet.


Fifty different flavors of hard candies, from cherry to mints...


"Perhaps Xiza may have had a hand in it, then? They seem to have a hand in everything."

"No, same place. You just won't have clearance to enter."

 

Fia stays silent, closing her eyes. A bubble seems to appear near to her mouth, growing and shrinking as she 'breathes'.


"Can I have two of everything?" Praecantatia asks, a sparkle in her eyes and a smile on her lips.


"Xiza? I haven't heard of them, but perhaps the God of Time has. I believe our reality exists sort of seperate from others, however." Caelia states clearly.

 

Sapphire cloaks and silently leaves.


"So, a hundred hard candies?"


"Then she probably has. We call them the parent of paradoxes. I think it prefers feminine pronouns, but they're so moody you never know."

 

"Is that ok?" Praecantatia asks, a little worried.


"We have a...mineral, in our reality called Paradoxium. It's quite a confusing substance, but perhaps this Xiza might be interested in it. I know that the God of Time doesn't quite like it however." Caelia explains, treating her words delicately.

 

"It wouldn't be out biggest order." He laughs.
"That comes to twenty grams."


"Maybe. She does as she pleases, though, so she may just make even more within your reality, if she can get there."
Something seems to make a link with Caelia.
