Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

You manage to grab and snap the bow, tight vines acting as the string falling limp. The guards recover, getting into a fighting stance.

 

I don't seem to care much, walking up to the door while keeping an eye on the guards.

 

The guards jump you, trying to keep you away from the door.

 

I try grabbing both, lobbing them away from the door.

 

You grab one, but the other tries to hold on, and you end up breaking its arm off.

 

Annoyed, I just continue towards the door, and knock on it.

 

There's no answer, and the guards start to get back up.

 

I try slightly opening the door.

 

The guards rush over, colliding with you and trying to knock you away.

 

I barely move from the collision, kicking one guard away, and sticking the other through the crack in the door.

 

The door ends up opening, since it wasn't locked.

Inside, you can see what appears to be a human girl asleep on the sofa in the gaming room, though black cat ears protrude from her black hair, and a black cat-like tail seems to be coming out of the bottom of her back. She seems to be purring in her sleep.

 

I pull the guard out of the crack in the doorway, throwing him at the other guard, then usher Crystal inside the room before I go in as well, closing and blocking the door with myself.

 

The cat-girl wakes up, startled, jumping back. She appears to be extremely afraid.

"w-who are you? y-youre not here to purrt me are you?" The cat-girl asks, terrified.

 

Crystal still seems a bit scared and dazed, so I answer while looking for a lock to the door.
"No, we were just wondering where AJ and Artemis are. You know who they are, right?"

 

There's a sliding lock across the door.

"y-yes, theyre my owners. why do you want to know where they are?" The cat-girl asks, still scared.

 

I use the sliding lock to lock the door, stepping away from it.
"I want to know where AJ is so I can possibly update the guards and to find Artemis, and I want to know where Artemis is so I can grow some plants so people don't starve."

 

"t-they went to earth. artemouse said she wanted to have some fun with aj, but i couldnt go with them." The cat-girl says, fearing for her life.

 

"Huh. Well, I shouldn't ruin their time."
I say, then notice the cat-girl's fear.
"Hey, no need to be afraid, I left my weapons outside anyways."
I mention.
"What's you're name?"

 

"O-Onyx" Onyx says, scared.

 

"Nice to meet you, Onyx. I'm Thirteen, this is Crystal."
I say, motioning to him on name.
"Hi."
He waves.
